Two bedroom Apartment accommodation with two sun terraces. The property consists of hallway, kitchen ( fully equipped with hob, microwave,washing machine etc) lounge dining room with TV and Dvd player. Off the dining area is a door to the first terrace which can also be accessed from the main bedroom. This terrace has patio furniture . The main bedroom has a double and a single bed with built in wardrobes, the second bedroom has two single beds with built in wardrobes. From the hallway are stairs to a private rooftop solarium with sunbeds and bbq.

Fully equipped accommodation with beautiful sun terraces. Kitchen has everything we feel you would need for your accommodation. And for a relaxing night in why not sit on the terrace having a bbq.The accommodation has portable electric radiators if it gets chilly on a winters night.

The Puertosol Complex is a small complex but it has a large swimming pool and well stocked poolside bar. The complex is gated so youngsters can wander around and parents can relax. The beach is 5 minutes walk with its large walkway around the bay with numerous reataurants. The nearest supermarket is in between the complex and the beach. Please e mail re availability. Ther are tennis courts about 500 metres away and golf courses within 10 mins drive

Cot and high chair can be arranged at £ 15 per week per item.

50 pounds deposit on booking and the balance 4 weeks before departure.Payment is perferred by cheque, however, you can pay by credit or debit card straight into my paypal account.Please contact for details. I send keys and directions two weeks before departure.
The Costa Calida region
The region is named Costa Calida being the warm coast, with 320 days sun a year and temperature very warm in winter this is definitely a year round area for sun. The region is mountainous with stunning views off the main beach. Within 10 minutes drive are secluded coves wher you could while away your time unnoticed. Golf is nearby at Camposol a 10 minute drive and tennis courts are next door to the complex.
The Puerto De Mazarron area
Water sports are available from the beach and boat trips can be organised from the harbour. There is a diving school and for the energetic there are coastal walks with spectacular views.
