About the home
The duplex apartment is 30 yards away from the swimming pool on the complex.Next to the pool is a small pool bar for you to relax under the sun whilst taking a leisurely dip or watching the kids enjoying themselves. The complex is gated so very secure and only 5 minutes stroll from the beach.
The duplex is set on two floors, on the ground floor there is a kitchen fully equipped with everything you would need ie washing machine, hob, microwave etc.
The loung/dining room has sofa bed relaxing chairs plus a TV with Dvd and about 50 dvds if you wish to stay in. From the dining room there are patio doors onto the private terrace with patio furniture and bbq.
Upstairs you have two bedrooms and large bathroom with bath and shower. The main bedroom has a double and the second room two singles. Both have built in wardrobes

Booking is by way of £50 deposit and the remainder 4 weeks befor departure.We would prefer payment by cheque, however, you can pay by credit/debit card straight into my paypal account. Included in the price is sheets and towels plus welcome pack of tea, coffee etc.
The Costa Calida region
The region is named Costa Calida being the warm coast, with 320 days sun a year and temperature very warm in winter this is definitely a year round area for sun. The region is mountainous with stunning views off the main beach. Within 10 minutes drive are secluded coves wher you could while away your time unnoticed. Golf is nearby at Camposol a 10 minute drive and tennis courts are next door to the complex.
The Puerto De Mazarron area
Water sports are available from the beach and boat trips can be organised from the harbour. There is a diving school and for the energetic there are coastal walks with spectacular views.
