About the home

This 2nd floor apartment is on the Las Brisas gated complex built in 2006 and over looks the town. It has side sea & mountain views & is only 10 mins walk ( 950 mtrs) from the nearest beach. Close to all amenities.

There is a large 25 mtr communal pool with children's section, lifeguard on duty during July and August, garden, sunbathing areas & poolside showers & toilets. Plenty of free parking spaces directly outside the complex.

The fully fitted kitchen comprises of full oven with ceramic hob and extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer & washing machine, toaster, kettle & everything for a self catering holiday including cutlery, pots and pans. Tea towels & oven gloves provided.

In the living area is a dining table with 4 chairs & two large comfy settees with coffee table, wall unit & satellite TV with english and spanish channels , this leads onto the furnished west facing balcony which has side views to the sea & mountains. Folding Clothes airer. No smoking in the apartment but allowed on the balcony.

The first bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets & set of draws with patio doors leading onto the balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe & set of draws. There is air con for hot summer months & heating for cool winter nights in bedrooms and living area.

The fully tiled bathroom has full bath with shower. Sink with bathroom cabinet over, wc and bidet. Towels provided but not for pool or beach use.

Further details outdoors:
There is a phone/buzzer entry system & lifts to all floors . Take the lift or stairs to the roof top communal solarium for great views & sunbathing. There is also a washing line for drying facilities .

Marina and Playa del Puerto beach

The Costa Calida region

The ski resort of Monchill in Granada is only a 3 hour drive away but well worth the journey. There are several golf courses the nearest being 15 minutes drive away. La manga complex is 45 minutes drive. Cabo Tinso is an old fortress where you can still see the big guns and explore the area.

You are not far from the water park and zoo at Murcia and the Sierra Espuna national park is well worth a visit.

The Puerto De Mazarron / La Cumbre area

It is a typical spanish resort with micro climate. Safe for families and couples wanting an unspoilt by tourism holiday. There is a long Paseo & newly built marina. Great for beach, water sports, sightseeing or walking holidays.

It is a 5 minute downhill walk to supermarkets, bars and Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurants, where you will also find a go kart track, bowling alley and horse riding. There is also ten pin bowling, darts, pool & a snooker club all within this area. It is a popular diving area with several dive schools.

It is a 950 metre downhill walk to the nearest beach, shops and many bars and restaurants. There you will also find the marina and paseo with choice of Spanish, English, French, Belgium and Greek restaurants. Entertainment on the paseo during summer months.

In summer and on festival days there is a mini train that runs along the front and travels from Bolneuvo to El Alamillo. There are several fiesta's thought the year both in the Port of Mazarron and Mazarron town. Water sports during summer months from Playa De La Isla and Playa Del Puerto. There are guided tours of the old tin mines in Mazarron Town.

There are boat trips available from the new marina in the port as well as from Bahia marina including whale & dolphin watching trips.

Located 45 minutes from San Javier (Murcia) airport and 90 minutes from Alicante airport. Regular flights during main season with low cost airlines including, Easyjet, Jet2, Ryanair, Monarch, Thomsons.

Car hire is available from both airports and transfers can be arranged at competitive prices.
