Home description

A world away from mass tourism and the madding crowds. The apartment is suituated close to a safe ,sandy beach with warm, gentle lapping waves and within a few mins level walk of shops ,bars and restaurants. Fully air-conditioned and beautifully furnished. Complete with tv/dvd, washing machine,hairdryer microwave ,toaster,kettle ,fridge full size cooker with hob.
With golf courses nearby, Puerto de Mazarron has something for everyone. Private taxi transfers can be arranged and welcome packs are available. Sleeps 8+baby.an ideal spot for a tradtional spanish holiday and with our very competant support team in the area you can be assured of a stress free holiday.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Puerto de Mazarron has long been a popular holiday destination with the Spanish but has remained relatively undiscovered outside of spain. With its beautiful uncrowded beaches and golf courses it is truely a holiday destination for all. Bordered by breathtaking mountains the region has its own micro-climate which averages 22 degrees in winter and 30 degrees in summer, yet, you are only 2hrs30mins from skiing in the Sierra Nevada!
The nearby historic town of Cartagena has an abundance of places of interest for the romans amongst us!
The region has recently been declared "an area of natural beauty" and thankfully new building restrictions have been put in place in order for the area to retain its old traditional Spanish feel.


Puerto De Mazarron area

Water sports include jet sking,diving and fishing. Local boat trips are available to experience a spanish sunset at sea or why not take a trip off- shore to look for dolphins and pilot whales. Golfing facilities are abundant in the area and as the apartment has a private parking space why not rent a car for golfing whilst the non-golfing amongst your party relax by the pool.
For the more energetic horse -riding and cycle hire is available and if you get bored with 'our' beach there are another three close by!
The beautiful gently sloped mountains make for a wonderful walking/hiking holiday taking in the breathtaking scenery. You are only 2hrs 30mins from skiing in the Sierra Navada mountains. SUNBATH IN THE MORNING, SKI IN THE AFTERNOON!

Easyjet and Ryanair most popular with our guests.

Private taxi transfers can be arranged with English speaking driver who has a wealth of info on the area and can also arrange excursions.
Apartment has private parking space so car hire is a possiblity.
Eurocar is very popular with our guests. Discounted car hire available for Easyjet customers.

Very spacious lounge area leads onto a furnished balcony with breathtaking mountain views. The apartment gets the morning sun and is shady in the afternoon heat. With the luxury of having 2 bathrooms it is ideal for families or groups of friends . A tv/dvd is available for your entertainment and we also operate a book libriary where you can leave any finished books and take a new one home with you.
A lift is available right to the apartment door (NO STAIRS TO CLIMB!)

Further details outdoors:
There is a quiet pool area for relaxation and with the beach being right in front of the complex there is no shortage of water based fun to be had. In the apartment you will find a picnic rug,beach towels,floats,buckets/spades,water wings,inflatable lilos,boats and fishing nets to keep the little ones amused . Just a short 5min walk will lead you to a very spanish area of bars,cafes,restaurant all serving traditional spanish food . Because mass tourism has yet to reach the area prices are still very low and it is still possible to have a 'menu del dia', 3 course meal for 5-6 euros with coffee,wine and bread.


Further details

A deposit of £50 per week is required to secure any bookings and a £100 breakages deposit is required on collection of keys before your holiday. This will need to be in the form of a cheque which will be returned once my cleaning team has inspected the property on your departure.


Conditions

Special discounts are available if full payment is made within 14 days of booking. Full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to departure.
