Nice quiet location ideally suited to those who wish to explore the area ( bus terminal within 1 km , accessing Cartejena and Benidorm ) . The apartment is within walking distance to the port and beach (approx 15 mins) and situated near to restaurants and local amenities ( supermarkets/chemist ) . The area can be explored by car to many of the fine beaches as well as attractions including Hots Springs and the " Guns of Mazzaron "
This would suit those looking for relaxing/ sightseeing holiday or family holiday

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida has an all round summer feel with the temperatures in July / Aug reaching into the 100's. It can maintain approx 320 days of sun per year , and is one of the warmest regions in Spain
Puerto De Mazarron area
The navel port of Cartagena, and the town of Murcia are within a short drive / or bus ride . Those wishes to travel further can also catch the bus to Benidorm. Puerto De Mazarron is a working port , with a new marina under construction . It has a good promanade which runs parallel to the beach , which accommodates Water Sports ( summer months ) and Boat Tours . There is alos a PADI diving school at the harbour. Golf is available at nearby Campasol ( apprx 10 mis drive)
How to get there
Fly to Alicante - transfer time from airport 1 1/2 - 2 hours . Fly to Murcia -transfer time 45 mins - 1 hours Cheap flights available from all uk airports . Car hire available through Carjet.com

The toilet has a tendency to wobble, but it is quite secure. The shower is in the bath The sheets and towels are clean , but you may be more comfortable bringing your own .
Although the apartment is cleaned before you arrive we expect the departing guests to leave the apartment in a good condition
Further details outdoors: Pool surrounded by Hard Patio area , enclosed in Bougevilla. Swimming Pool available all year - sunbeds are in the apartment for use by tennants - There is a tennis court within alking distance ( 2-3 mins )
Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor - of this complex and is accessed by a winding stone staircase - I would say it would be unsuitable for people with breathing difficulties
