Rental fees can be paid in either sterling or euros. Deposit of 20% is required to secure booking, deposit is non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances& at owners discretion. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Minimum stay during peak season is 7 days ,no set arrival time but must vacate property by noon unless otherwise arranged with the owner.
Special rates available for long term stays & weekend breaks available in low/mid season

The Costa Calida region


The Costa Calida (Warm Coast) comprises approximately 250 kilometres of Mediterranean coastline located in the province of Murcia. It extends roughly from El Mojon in the north to the resort of Aguilas in the south, the region to the north is called the Costa Blanca (White Coast) and the region to the south is known as the Costa Almeria.
All in all the Costa Calida has much to offer, ancient towns and cities, fine sandy beaches, a great climate with around 315 days of sunshine every year and some fantastic sports facilities, including water sports and golf.
Two of the important coastal towns of the Costa Calida are Cartagena and Mazarron, Cartagena in particular has a long and rich history going back some 3,000 years, Hannibal (of elephant fame) used the city as his Iberian capital. It was also an important city during Roman times and the remains of many Roman buildings have been found throughout the city, including a fantastic Roman theatre. Cartagena is also one of the most important ports and naval bases in Spain
Costa Calida has a hot Mediterranean climate with high average temperatures and low rainfall, giving it its name ‘Warm Coast’.
The Puerto De Mazarron area
The coast line of Puerto has many kilometres of fine sandy beaches The bay is enclosed by the mountain ranges of Sierras Moreras, Almenara, Algorobo, Lo Alto, Muela and slightly further to the North, Sierra Espuña. Puerto de Mazarron boasts more than 300 days of sunshine every year.
The Paseo Maritimo is an attractive tree lined promenade that provides pedestrian access to the Town Beaches, and has many shops, bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlours. Traffic access is strictly regulated and the Paseo is a pleasant area to stroll at any time of the day or night
A traditional Spainish resort offering many activities including mountain walking,diving,deep sea fishing & boat trips.Close to various golf courses,La Manga is a 40 min drive.There is also horse riding & bicycle hire.Within easy reach to the zoo & water park in Murcia.The house is near to the local Sunday market & during August there are street markets,a funfair & live music events along the Paseo.
This is a popular resort for Spanish families and in the peak season (July and August) the population swells. At other times of the year it can be very quiet which makes Puerto ideal for that quiet "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.Puerto offers you the 'real Spain'.

A good choice of airports are within easy reach, all of which are serviced by the budget airlines.The area is easily accessible via the E-15 motorway . The nearest airport Murcia is approx 45 mins drive, Alicante airport approx 90 mins & Almeria 120mins away.
Airport transfers can be arranged at very reasonable rates and www.carjet.com offer car hire at competitive prices. There is also a Hertz car rental office in the town.
A car is not necessary as everything is within walking distance.There are local companies that offer day excursions,etc.
