Located in a select area, quiet and well cared for. The apartment faces east- west, and is comforatbel and cosy. Direct access to the garden and terrace.

Not a tourist complex, but a private complex home to several nationalities. The apartment has its own private garden and terrace in addtion to comunal areas with pool, tennis court and secure parking.

Puerto de la Cruz: is a tourist town in the north of Tenerife, known internationally for its ambience, tranquillity and charm. It has black volcanic sand beaches, restaurants, and cafe bars with both traditional an international cuisine. It also offers many possibilities for leisure activities such as: trekking ,cycling, surfing, bodyboarding, canoeing, hang-gliding, etc.

The Tenerife region

The chic resort of Puerto de la Cruz is certainly a stylish place, where couples dress up in the evening to sample any number of fine restaurants, tapas bars and smart cafés, literally spilling from beautiful balconied colonial buildings dating back to the 1700s.

Lunar landscapes and a dormant volcano feature in Tenerife’s national park. The breathtaking scenery around Mount Teide includes spectacular crater zones, formed when the volcano was last active over two centuries ago.

All year round sun, a beautifully temperate yet warm climate, averaging 22 degrees in the winter months, and 25-28 degrees in the summer.


Puerto de la Cruz / Camino del Coche area

Is a tourist town in the north of Tenerife, known internationally for its ambience, tranquillity and charm. It has black volcanic sand beaches, restaurants, and cafe bars with both traditional an international cuisine. It also offers many possibilities for leisure activities such as: trekking ,cycling, surfing, bodyboarding, canoeing, hang-gliding, etc..

Puerto de la Cruz is also famous for its Loro Parque, originally a Parrot Park which has now grown into Tenerife’s second biggest attraction after mount Teide including its new show with the killer whales.

We are twenty minutes’ drive from Tenerife North (Los Rodeos) Airport and sixty minutes’ drive from Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) Airport. We would advise that you hire a car.

Flights to Tenerife's main Reina Sofia airport can be booked online with Monarch at www.flymonarch.com or with Jet2 at www.jet2.com.

Very reasonable car hire is available from the airport, either on arrival or by booking in advance with providers such as Record. Alternatively, there are plenty of well-priced car hire outlets in Puerto de la Cruz.

"Herzlichen Empfang von der Vermieterin Frau V. Helle, saubere und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Erwähnenswert ist der große Balkon um die gesamte Wohnung. Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung entsprach voll und ganz der Wirklichkeit.
