Further details indoors: Upstairs: There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 on-suite and another small room with a double sofa bed for another 2 persons. Downstairs: are 2 bedrooms, 1 double sofa-bed, 2 bathrooms (one of them with steam bath) and another living room as well as a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, hob and oven etc. etc. The house is ideal for 2 - 3 families BUT WILL ONLY BE RENTED OUT AS A WHOLE. The house is not adapted for groups of young people.
Further details outdoors: The large gardens with fruit trees and a trampoline, terraces all around the house invite you for a special holiday. This is a paradise for children. There is also a BBQ area of 40 m2 .
