Every two days our guests receive new towels and the bathroom will be cleaned.
Every week our guests receive new bed-linen and the apartment will be cleand.
If required we also offer breakfast-buffet and deliver rolls in the morning.
Conditions
- Minimum stay is 3 nights.
- Deposit of 100 € cash on the arrival day.
- Check-in time for all units 12 pm, check-out time 11am (or according to prior agreement).
- Cleaning-fee one day rent.
The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands. The population of the island is over 650,000, of which 60%live in the area of Santa Cruz-La Laguna. Their history makes these two cities the largest and the most important cities of the island. Santa Cruz is the capital of the province and La Laguna, which has also been the capital.
The volcano "Teide", which is with 3.718 m the highest peak in Spain, situated almost in the centre of the island, acts as a wall, stopping the "Trade Winds" that reach the Canary Islands from the north. These cool, moisture-laden winds have also helped to create a surprising diversity of landscapes within a single island; a green, rural, damper north that is in sharp contrast to the dry, warmer, tourist south, all of which combines to give the island an incomparable charm.
But Tenerife is more than just beaches, as the many people who have already visited the island can tell you:
The climate, with constant temperatures that vary between an average of 20º C in winter and 25º C in summer. The "everlasting spring" as it is called.
Unique natural beauty, with the Teide National Park, the Anaga mountain range, La Esperanza, Las Mercedes, Los Gigantes Cliffs, La Orotava Valley, Masca, etc...

The Puerto de la Cruz / Las Dehesas area
The best way to explore the city it is by foot. Historical buildings can be found all along the way including for example the castle of San Felipe, the hermitage of San Telmo and the church of Nuestra Señora de la Peña.
