Home description

The villa is situated at the edge of a typical canarian village with good infrastructure, has been newly built and was designed by an artist. The architecture and decoration are perfect and performed with a lot of know how and love for the detail. The house is lying on a hillside in a quiet private street. The neighbours are of Spanish origin and very friendly and open. There are spectacular views from the 4.000 m2 gardens to the "Cañadas" up to Mount Teide, to Puerto de la Cruz and along the entire north coast. The heated pool is secluded and has a size of 8 x 4 m, it lies next to the lawns, terraces and BBQ. From several terraces with dream views you can watch the sun rise and sun set, the area is the sunniest of the north.

The villa is situated in a Spanish residencial area on a hill side with views like out of a movie. The next beaches are in Puerto de la Cruz and Mesa del Mar

Puerto de la Cruz is the most charming and interesting town of all Canary islands. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping centres and also some nightlive. Carnival is stated to be second only to Rio.

Next to it are 2 kitchens and 2 bedrooms with German quality beds each, on the ground- and 1st floor on the 2nd floor is another bedroom. A fourth bedroom can be set up. The 3 luxury bathrooms (2 en-suite) reflect the attention to the detail of the architect. There is also a guest WC. From all rooms large sliding doors open to garden and terraces. The house is ideal also for 2 families but is only rented out as a whole.
