The apartment has a 20mt balcony facing the garden and ocean. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a gated, private and peaceful community that offers visitors common areas like gardens, the pool on the roof, patios and free Wi-Fi internet connection in these areas. Parking area is available outside the building; it's easy and quite as it is a very residential area.

It is the best place where you can admire the beautiful panoramic views to the Ocean, Orotava Valley and the fantastic Teide, symbols of one of the greatest islands of Spain.

Sitios de interés en Puerto de la Cruz

•Mirador de La Paz: es uno de los miradores más espectaculares de la isla. Situado al borde de los Acantilados de Martiánez ofrece una panorámica general de la zona nueva de Puerto de la Cruz y, especialmente de la playa de Martiánez y del Complejo Turístico Costa de Martiánez, así como de parte de la costa del Valle de La Orotava.

•Jardín Botánico: construido en 1788 como jardín de aclimatación, cuenta con una interesante colección de 15.000 especies subtropicales de América y Asia. Este jardín recibe cada año más de 300.000 visitantes. Es considerado actualmente, como un importante centro de investigación.

•Complejo Costa Martiánez: es el emblema turístico por excelencia de Puerto de la Cruz. Es un moderno complejo de piscinas y lagos artificiales de agua de mar, diseñado por el artista lanzaroteño César Manrique. El complejo fue inaugurado en 1977, y está dotado de restaurantes, bares y todo tipo de servicios para acoger cada año cerca de un millón de visitantes.

•Casino Puerto de la Cruz: con la intención de ofrecer las mejores instalaciones posibles, en un entorno de lujo accesible para todos, se trasladó el Casino al Complejo Costa Martiánez.

•Paseo de Colón: desde hace unos años esta calle se ha transformado en un gran paseo peatonal, con terrazas, tiendas de lujo, moda y zonas de esparcimiento.

•Loro Parque: uno de los parques temáticos más importantes del mundo y en el que conviven especies de todo el planeta en plena armonía. Se destacan los divertidos shows de ballenas orcas y delfines, y la mayor colección de loros y papagayos del mundo. El parque ofrece el servicio de un colorido trencito turístico que conduce a los visitantes gratuitamente desde la calle Venezuela, cerca de la Playa Martiánez, hasta el propio Loro Parque durante todo el día.

•Acantilados, ladera y cuevas de Martiánez: La ladera de Martiánez es uno de los espacios naturales con los que cuenta el municipio. Es una sucesión de estratos geológicos de diferentes materiales volcánicos, que encierra importantes valores ecológicos, patrimoniales históricos, etnográficos y arqueológicos. Sus 45 metros de altura inspiraron un relato de la escritora Agatha Christie.

• Playa de Martiánez: es la zona más tradicional de baño de Puerto de la Cruz y centro del boom turístico que experimentó la ciudad en la década de los 60. También llamada La Barranquera, por ser la desembocadura del barranco de Martiánez, es una playa natural de arena negra volcánica, protegida en parte por una escollera artificial.

•Plaza de la Iglesia: la plaza de la Iglesia debe su nombre a que está situada a las puertas de la Parroquia Matriz de Nuestra Señora de la Peña de Francia. Tradicionalmente puede presumir de lucir los jardines más cuidados de la ciudad, que en Navidad se llenan de miles de flores de pascua rojas. Se destacan varios dragos canarios, araucarias, palmeras canarias, laureles de indias y otros árboles de gran porte.
