The accommodation is on two levels and comprises on the ground floor of a spacious lounge / dining room with modern open plan American style kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. The living room has a large curved picture window facing out to the resort and coastline to give wonderful panoramic views. Entertainment is provided here with a Flat panel Satellite TV, DVD player and a Stereo system.
At ground floor level there is also a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Stairs from the hallway lead down to the lower ground floor where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a separate family bathroom. The villa is very comfortable, being furnished and equipped throughout to a high standard. It benefits from full air-conditioning in al main living areas and is suitable for our most discerning clients who plan a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Patio doors from the living room lead onto a spacious sun terrace that surrounds the 9m x 5m heated kidney shaped pool which has Roman steps for easy access. Patio furniture and a brick built barbecue are set under covered areas of the terrace to enjoy ‘alfresco’ dining at its best whilst watching the sunset. Sun beds and parasols are also provided.
The villa benefits from off road parking and has well kept, mature ornamental gardens to one side and at lower ground level. The wonderful panoramic coastal and mountain views are simply breathtaking and not to be missed.

The Lanzarote region

The Puerto Calero area
Puerto Calero has become one of the most exclusive areas in Lanzarote and we are pleased to offer a great selection of high quality villas in Puerto Calero. A particular pride has been taken to conserve the area's natural beauty. Roads are bordered with plants and terraces created from lava rock are filled with palms and geraniums. The Marina of Puerto Calero is the most attractive and well presented in the Canary Islands and arguably the most attractive in Europe.
The Marina is a great place to wander, look at the fabulous boats and generally soak up a little of the luxurious atmosphere that permeates the whole place. There is a ‘colonial’ feel, captured most tastefully by the architecture of the Amura restaurant at the far end of the marina promenade.
You can certainly spend a few hours sitting in one of the cafes or restaurants that overlook the marina without even realizing how long you have been there. Puerto Calero is not short on places to eat, whether it’s a coffee and pastry or a good quality evening meal that you are looking for.
If you want to do more than just sit, on your Puerto Calero villa holiday, the town can offer a number of water based activities, such as sailing, sport-fishing and diving. For those who prefer land-based activities the newly opened Whale museum, situated in the marina, is an interesting diversion.
The array of shops in Puerto Calero is not vast, but you will find some very nice boutiques alongside souvenir shops which are more tasteful than in the other resorts of Lanzarote. There are two free WiFi access points in the port.
Our villas in Puerto Calero are close to the beaches and local amenities. The town is just 3km from the bustling resort of Puerto Del Carmen, but a world away in style and atmosphere.
We now offer two wonderful trips which will enable you to experience the thrills of sailing and visit less know beautiful areas around Lanzarote.
