About the home

This impressive, five bedroom villa is located in the exclusive marina of Puerto Calero. . The villa has two living areas, with one on the same level as the large electrically heated swimming pool and WiFi internet connection.
The resort of Puerto del Carmen is only a ten minute drive away with its picturesque Old Town and harbour and miles of golden beaches. A great choice for large families or groups wanting to holiday together and wanting to be close to amenities.

This modern, two story villa has been stylishly decorated throughout with modern furnishings. Entrance is onto the first floor into a hallway with a guest cloakroom which leads to the open plan living and dining area with large patio doors to the upper wrap around terrace with views to the mountains and sea. A separate kitchen is well equipped for a self catering villa holiday.

Villa Mare has five bright bedrooms with three bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the upper terrace. Two further bedrooms have twin/double beds and en-suite shower rooms; one has patio doors to the upper terrace. Stairs lead down to the ground floor where the two remaining bedrooms have twin beds and share a shower room. A second living room with pool table and patio doors lead to the lower terrace and pool area.

Further details outdoors:
From the upper terrace outside the living room there are gated steps leading down to a large sun bathing terrace, which surrounds the electrically heated, 9 x 4.5 meter swimming pool, entered by roman steps and has a poolside shower room with toilet. There is covered terrace with patio dining furniture, a large Canarian barbeque and romantic lighting, which offer the perfect al fresco dining venue in this marvellous climate. This terrace is extremely sheltered and private.

The villa is cleaned and prepared for arrival. There is a mid-week towel change and for guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service, which includes a towel and linen change.
