This superb villa offers excellent accommodation in one of the most breathtaking settings on the island. It is on a private plot of 8000 metres with over sixty mature palm trees which provide a tropical atmosphere and frame the panoramic sea views. The location is ideal, only three minutes drive to either the picturesque port in Puerto del Carmen or the exclusive marina at Puerto Calero. Either can also be reached by a twenty minute walk along a Costal path. Many of the islands best restaurants are within a few minute drive and the miles of golden beaches and amenities in Puerto Del Carmen are nearby. For the added protection of small children the swimming pool is walled and gated.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote off the northwestern coast of Africa is blessed with abundant year round sunshine, cooling trade winds, volcanic peaks and stunning child friendly beaches ranging from fine white sand to black volcanic sand. The Island is 37 miles long and 20 wide it is a perfect year round destination for sun seekers and water sports enthusiasts. There is a wealth of things to do on Lanzarote from spectacular sight seeing to diving, snorkeling, windsurf, kite surf and surf etc...
Puerto Calero area
The prestigious and sophisticated marina at Puerto Calero is only a three minute drive from the villa. It is the first and most famous marina on Lanzarote. It was designed and built to attract the worlds most glamorous super yachts and offers an accordingly sophisticated atmosphere. Many exclusive regattas are hosted here and attract members of the Spanish royal family along with famous sports people. A variety of restaurants are located along the waterfront with charming views of the hustle and bustle of the marina. Shops and a supermarket are on site and a selection of excellent excursions leave from the marina. They include a submarine diving adventure, catamaran sailing, big game fishing and the possibility of chartering yachts and luxury cruisers. The main resort of Puerto Del Carmen is a few minutes drive from the villa and is home to five kilometres of spectacular, golden beaches and a wide choice of nightlife.

You are able to take a Taxi from the airport or we can arrange a VIP pick up which includes a bottle sparkling wine so you arrive in style at your villa. Further details indoors: This luxury villa is spacious, light and airy. All the rooms are a good size and the furnishings tastefully chosen. Two of the bedrooms which boast sea views have en-suite bathroom/shower rooms. The further two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is a games room with table tennis, board games, children's toys and books. The large living room has a plasma screen satelite TV and DVD player. The dining room is separated with glass sliding doors and the modern kitchen is apart.
Further details outdoors: The villa is set on mature garden which is walled, gated and very private. The heated pool and children's pool is also gated making it easier for guests with children, there are also sun loungers around the pool. On the covered patio you have the outdoor teak wooden dining set, gas barbeque and Hot Tub. The views from this patio are down to the sea, of the surrounding volcanic mountains and onto the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.

We absolutely loved the Villa Las Palmitas and for us it ticked 99% of the boxes, we loved the space everywhere and not feeling people were on top of you. We liked the walk during the day into Puerto del Carmen and Calero.
