The accommodation, which is on one level, comprises of an entrance hall with archway to occasional sitting room. The hallway off gives access to a master double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and three twin bedrooms (all having quality fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing tables with mirrors). In addition, there is also a very nice family bathroom. Double doors from the hallway lead to a spacious lounge, with Satellite TV, Video player and Stereo system. There is a dining room and a separate fitted kitchen benefiting from all modern appliances. All rooms have double-glazed windows and aluminium shutters.

Patio doors from the lounge give access to extensive covered and open terraces that surround the 10m x 5m heated swimming pool, which benefits from roman steps. A portable BBQ, plenty of patio furniture and sun beds are provided. The villa has typical mature Canary-style gardens, off road parking and wonderful views across the coastline.

The Lanzarote region

The Puerto Calero area
Puerto Calero has become one of the most exclusive areas in Lanzarote and we are pleased to offer a great selection of high quality villas in Puerto Calero. A particular pride has been taken to conserve the area's natural beauty. Roads are bordered with plants and terraces created from lava rock are filled with palms and geraniums. The Marina of Puerto Calero is the most attractive and well presented in the Canary Islands and arguably the most attractive in Europe.
The Marina is a great place to wander, look at the fabulous boats and generally soak up a little of the luxurious atmosphere that permeates the whole place. There is a ‘colonial’ feel, captured most tastefully by the architecture of the Amura restaurant at the far end of the marina promenade.
You can certainly spend a few hours sitting in one of the cafes or restaurants that overlook the marina without even realizing how long you have been there. Puerto Calero is not short on places to eat, whether it’s a coffee and pastry or a good quality evening meal that you are looking for.
If you want to do more than just sit, on your Puerto Calero villa holiday, the town can offer a number of water based activities, such as sailing, sport-fishing and diving. For those who prefer land-based activities the newly opened Whale museum, situated in the marina, is an interesting diversion.
The array of shops in Puerto Calero is not vast, but you will find some very nice boutiques alongside souvenir shops which are more tasteful than in the other resorts of Lanzarote. There are two free WiFi access points in the port.
Our villas in Puerto Calero are close to the beaches and local amenities. The town is just 3km from the bustling resort of Puerto Del Carmen, but a world away in style and atmosphere.
We now offer two wonderful trips which will enable you to experience the thrills of sailing and visit less know beautiful areas around Lanzarote.
