This large detached two-storey villa is situated in an enviable position above the Marina in the sort after resort of Puerto Calero. From the balcony there are views of the sea and marina. A short walk of just 200m brings you down to the water’s edge where there is a good selection of fine restaurants and bars overlooking the Marina and behind these will be found a number of Boutiques and specialist shops. Free WiFi connections are available in two of the restaurants along the front as well as in the Iberostar hotel nearby.
The resort of Puerto Calero has grown in popularity as a clean, quiet and relaxing place to stay. The villa is split into two with kitchens, living areas and bedrooms on both levels making it ideal for two families to share. The lovely outside barbeque area is idea for 'Al fresco' dining and these is a games room with a table tennis table to compliment the property.

The Lanzarote region

The Puerto Calero area
Puerto Calero has become one of the most exclusive areas in Lanzarote and we are pleased to offer a great selection of high quality villas in Puerto Calero. A particular pride has been taken to conserve the area's natural beauty. Roads are bordered with plants and terraces created from lava rock are filled with palms and geraniums. The Marina of Puerto Calero is the most attractive and well presented in the Canary Islands and arguably the most attractive in Europe.
The Marina is a great place to wander, look at the fabulous boats and generally soak up a little of the luxurious atmosphere that permeates the whole place. There is a ‘colonial’ feel, captured most tastefully by the architecture of the Amura restaurant at the far end of the marina promenade.
You can certainly spend a few hours sitting in one of the cafes or restaurants that overlook the marina without even realizing how long you have been there. Puerto Calero is not short on places to eat, whether it’s a coffee and pastry or a good quality evening meal that you are looking for.
If you want to do more than just sit, on your Puerto Calero villa holiday, the town can offer a number of water based activities, such as sailing, sport-fishing and diving. For those who prefer land-based activities the newly opened Whale museum, situated in the marina, is an interesting diversion.
The array of shops in Puerto Calero is not vast, but you will find some very nice boutiques alongside souvenir shops which are more tasteful than in the other resorts of Lanzarote. There are two free WiFi access points in the port.
Our villas in Puerto Calero are close to the beaches and local amenities. The town is just 3km from the bustling resort of Puerto Del Carmen, but a world away in style and atmosphere.
We now offer two wonderful trips which will enable you to experience the thrills of sailing and visit less know beautiful areas around Lanzarote.
