Situated at the end of a cul de sac, just a 5 minute walk from the stunning marina with its host of waterfront cafes, shops and restaurants, as well as a supermarket, the very spacious villa has beautiful sea views to Fuerteventura from the lounge, master bedroom and the large southfacing terraces which surround the solar heated swimming pool.

Large mature gardens make sitting out on the terrace an even more enjoyable experience, and there is a walkway close by directly to the sea.The interior has been exquisitely furnished in keeping with the exclusive ambience which is prevalent in the area. There are two 3 piece suites in the lounge/dining room and a large dining table if you decide to forgo the fabulous restaurants.There are 3 double bedrooms, one being ensuite, with the master bedroom having patio doors to the terrace. In addition, there is a twin bedroom together with 2 bathrooms as well as a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. There are beautiful marble floors throughout the villa. The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote, perhaps the most unusual of the Canary Islands, lies approximately 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula. This position ensures year round high temperatures, more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than the other islands. Summer temperatures can be in the 90's although these are always tempered by cooling breezes - ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and comfortable in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.

Puerto Calero is one of Europe´s most exclusive international marinas. With a whole host of waterfront cafes, restaurants, and shops, it´s the perfect location for a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a sophisticated ambience. From the marina you can take a trip on a submarine to see the underwater world, rent a yacht or large motor cruiser, take a Catamaran cruise to the Papagayo beaches in the south of the island or go deep sea fishing for marlin or tuna. The new five star hotel, Hesperia, has a Thalasso spa and wellness centre which can be enjoyed by guests staying in the villas. The bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen with all its amenities is less than 10 mins drive away, or a lovely walk along the seafront.


Local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and wind surfing. Or for the lazy - beaches, bars, restaurants and of course sun!!
