This impressive, five bedroom villa is located in the exclusive marina of Puerto Calero. It is within a short walk of the promenade of international restaurants, bars, cafes and designer shops. The resort of Puerto del Carmen is only a ten minute drive away with its picturesque Old Town and harbour and miles of golden beaches. The villa benefits from WiFi internet connection.

This modern, two story villa has been stylishly decorated throughout. Entrance is onto the first floor into a hallway with a guest cloakroom which leads to the open plan living and dining area with large patio doors to the upper warp around terrace with views to the mountains and sea. A separate kitchen is well equipped for a self catering villa holiday.
Villa Sirius has five attractive bedrooms with three bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor, the master bedroom has twin beds placed together, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the upper terrace. Two further bedrooms have twin/double beds and en-suite shower rooms; one has patio doors to the upper terrace. Stairs lead down to the ground floor where the two remaining bedrooms have twin beds and share a Canarian style shower room. A second living room has patio doors leading to the lower terrace and pool area.

Patio doors from the living / dining room and two of the bedrooms on the first floor lead to the large wrap around upper terrace, with outdoor table and chairs and views to the mountains and to the sea. Patio doors from the second living room open to the lower covered terrace and pool area which has a poolside shower room with toilet. This lower terrace is a perfect spot for sunbathing in private around the electrically heated 9 metre x 4.5 metre swimming pool, which is entered via roman steps. For those more active there is a Tennis Table table. There is a Canarian style built in barbecue and patio table and chairs to seat ten people, perfect for outdoor dining.

The villa is cleaned and prepared for arrival. There is a mid-week towel change and for guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service, which includes a towel and linen change.

The Lanzarote region

The Puerto Calero / Marina Area area

Puerto Calero is close by to the bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen, but worlds apart in style and atmosphere.
Situated on the south west coast of Lanzarote which means it is generally sheltered and invariably a suntrap for most of the year! The area is very upmarket and exclusive; Puerto Calero is certainly a part of Lanzarote that should not be missed.

There are many ways to enjoy Puerto Calero with a range of excellent restaurants all with dining terraces for the al fresco dining experience. A fashion avenue for a bit of retail therapy, an art gallery and a marine mammal museum to complete that stroll, shop and savour experience that is just a small piece of Puerto Calero.

As well as shopping and eating, Puerto Calero is a great place to chill and look at the fabulous yachts whilst you soak up a bit of the luxury atmosphere that permeates the marina.

You can easily spend a few hours sat in one of the cafes or restaurants that overlook the marina without even realising how long you have been there.
