The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is an area of beautiful sandy beaches and warm sunshine. There is fantastic weather throughout the year, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing holiday in the sun. You can sunbathe on one of the many beaches, enjoy the coastline scenery or sit at a quiet cafe enjoying a book whilst sampling some of the local food and watching the world go by.
The region is world famous for its selection of golf courses and Puerto Banus is an ideal base for the many golfers and holiday makers who return to the coast every year.

Puerto Banus is just a few kilometres away from Marbella and it shares its chic atmosphere.
There is something for everyone in this world famous resort with its beautiful Marina filled with fabulous yachts, designer shops and a wide range of restaurants.
The Port is also renowned for its vibrant night life.
Water sports are available at Mistral Beach which is 2 minutes from the apartment and many golf courses are a short drive/taxi ride away.
The Costa del Sols´ water and wild life parks are close by whilst Gibraltar is a 30 minute drive away via the Auotopista.
How to get there
All budget airlines fly into Malaga Airport. There is a bus service from the airport to Marbella and there are numerous taxis. Auto Amigos provide competitive car hire and are based at the airport. If you are driving our property is situated on the beach side between Puerto Banus and the Rhonda Road which is the main junction just before San Pedro.
Drive past Puerto Banus and turn left at the Rhonda Road and head back towards the Port. You will pass Supersol Supermarket on your right and thereafter you should turn right at the next set of shops just past the overheard walkway.
Follow the road to its end and you will see Jardines Ventura del Mar on your left. The security office is located next to Ventura del Mar and they will help if you have any problems.

• The apartment has a fully controllable air-conditioning system which provides hot and cold air making the apartment suitable for rental 12 months of the year

There is 24 hour security on site and a local English Speaking Management Company are available should you experience any difficulties whilst staying at our property. They will meet you at the start and at the end of your rental to provide and collect keys.
Conditions
1. Strictly no smoking except on the front terrace. 2. Refundable breakages deposit of 300 Euros required before rental period begins, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 3. 25% of the rental fee is due on date of booking to secure the required dates. The balance is payable on or before 6 weeks of the arrival date. 4. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, 100% of the rental fee is due on the date of booking to secure the required dates. 5. Payment can be by cheque, Bank Transfer or by Credit Card via our Paypal Account (3% additional charge to cover Paypal Fees) 6. The swimming pool does not have a Baby Pool Area.

Jardines de Ventura I rented the apartment for my family for the month of August 2009. It was the perfect setting for us, the apartment is very homely and clean and the complex facilities are first class including the swimming pool area with the added benefit of 24 hour security. The apartment is ideally situated for the beach and beach restaurants and is close to the shops and restaurants of Puerto Banus which is within walking distance.
