The apartment has a terrace and garden for relaxation featuring views over the beautiful communal garden, lake, mountains to the side and the sea in the very far distance,and view of La Concha at the front of the apartment.
The apartment benefits from 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will sleep 4-6 (or even 8 as have extra camp beds and large comfy lounge sofas that can be slept on.)
Apart from all the extras that this lovely apartment offers, there are some additional features that makes Palacetes the complex and this lovely apartment stand out, such as access to the apartment by a remote control to open main gate in this safe gated complex. The apartment is surrounded by beautiful communal gardens in which there is the beautiful communal pool amidst a rockery and lake views to the side.Lovely!

You will have your own garden to sit in too with lovely fairy lights in the evening,and outdoor dining and relaxtion availiable at all times as the private terrace is covered and is fully serviced with electricity,access to that is through the lounge or private access through the double bedroom.
