This spacious 3-bed house has a premium location within the exclusive Los Naranjos de Marbella complex - located just 1 mile from Puerto Banus and also within easy reach (10 minute drive) of Marbella town centre.
The house is perfectly located adjacent to a fantastic pool area - and the rear deck area is a great option for breakfast, lunch or evening dining (superb outdoor furnishing). Both the mountains and the sea are within comfortable walking distance.
The house is a fantastic base for golf with three international standard courses close by and the Marbella Driving Range and the floodlit 9-hole Damas des Noches course respectively, 5 and 10 minutes walk away.
The furnishings and decoration is to the highest standard. Maid service is also available as required.

High standard finish to all bedrooms - two double bedrooms (two single beds in each), one single room. Two large bathrooms upstairs (including en-suite). Downstairs WC. Kitchen is fully equipped to cater for family needs. Satellite television (including UK channels BBC, C4 etc.). Travel Cot & Playpen available to hire (if wanted) for additional £30 per stay. No air conditioning, but fans are provided for each of the bedrooms and for downstairs.

The exclusive Los Naranjos de Marbella complex is just 1500 metres from Port Banus (2 minute drive or 15 minute level, well-lit stroll). Large Supermarket has recently opened within the complex itself (Mercadona). The busy Port Banus area contains some of the most impressive yachts in the world and is surrounded by designer shops and fashion boutiques, cafes and restaurants, and great nightlife with bars, music venues and discos which are open until dawn.
The large 'El Corte Ingles' department store is also in the Port area.
This is an ideal location for golfers as there are more than 50 courses along the Costa del Sol, all easily and quickly accessible.

Local bus stops are within 800 metres of the house front door - and taxis are also plentiful.Marbella is 6 kms away with 27 kms of coast divided into numerous beaches. Gibraltar is a 45mins drive away and from here day trips to Morrocco are available. The beautiful mountain town of Rhonda is 40 minuites away. The city of Malaga is approx. 40 mins drive and has many Moorish sites to visit, along with the Picasso museum, shops and restaurants. The town of Marbella has a beautiful old quarter full of squares and churches to visit.

RATES INCLUDE provision for linen & end-of-stay cleaning of the property.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a 50 % non-refundable deposit is required (with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival). For bookings that are made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment would be required. Refunds will be available if we are able to re-let the dates to another client. Standard check-out time on departure day is 10:30am. Check-in time on arrival from 3pm.
A £250 refundable deposit is also required 8 weeks before arrival to cover any damage to contents. This will be refunded within 5 days after departure if no damages.
