The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

How to get there
Situated in Puerto Banus, this apartment is only a 40 minute drive from the Malaga International Airport.
To get to the apartment take the N340 towards Cadiz. Once in Marbella you will see a sign for the exit to Puerto Banus. Take this exit, when you reach the roundabout turn left and drive towards the sea. You will then reach another roundabout with a big statue of a rhinoceros. At this roundabout take the 4th exit back to the main road. Keep on to the outer lane as you have to turn immediately to the right.

25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking. This will also be used on your arrival as a refundable breakages deposit, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Therefore 100% of the rental will be due before the property keys are handed over.
