Patio Boutique Apartment is located within comfortable walking distance from the beach, beach clubs, port and shops.
The apartment features boutique style décor, a stunning private pooland a large sun terrace that remains sunny till late evening, and catches a light sea breeze.
The apartment features 4 bedrooms, one deluxe master bedroom with super king size bed and flat screen TV (with Sky) along with a lovely en-suite bathroom with spa bath/walk in shower. Off the master there is a small annex bedroom hidden behind a sliding mirror door, this additional annex room sleeps one and is fully equipped.
There is a further Double Bedroom with en-suite shower room. A a twin bedroom which has use of the main family shower room complete with Disco Shower (LED Lights and Radio).
The living room has a large plasma TV complete with Sky and DVD Player, a lovely suede L-shaped seating area, and separate dining area.
The kitchen is double sized with a 1950´s inspired look, fully equipped and leads out onto the rear enclosed patio/pool area.

The Costa del Sol region
Costa del Sol, means sun coast. The Costa del Sol is in Southern Spain and has over 300 days of sunshine a year. One of the most popular european holiday destinations.
It includes the city of Málaga,and the towns of Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, San Pedro de Alcántara, Estepona, Manilva, Vélez-Málaga, Rincon de la Victoria, Nerja, Torrox, the community of Sotogrande, San Roque and La Línea de la Concepción.
Visitors normally fly to Malaga airport, but Costa del Sol and Malaga act as a great base for exploring the whole of Spain, with excellent transport links.
The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area
Puerto banus is famous for being a playground to the rich and famous, the beautiful port is home to many designer boutiques, fantastic restaurants and bars. However there are also beautiful beaches, beach clubs and over 50 golf clubs in the area.

We booked this apartment for a holiday for myself, my partner, my daughter (age 2) and her grandparents for a week and we are delighted we did. The apartment was clean, spacious, and more importantly for me child friendly. The pool has a raised edge so there was no chance of my daughter tripping and falling in which when booking a holiday is always a worry of mine. The patio area and sun loungers are perfect for all ages, my daughter could sleep on the large sun lounger in shade during nap time whilst myself and my partner enjoyed the sun and the pool. The decor and layout of the apartment is perfect for a family, you can spend your time in the day on the roof top terrace or patio area, or in the extremely spacious kitchen/diner which directly backs onto the pool area. In the evening, to settle my daughter down we spent time in the comfortable living area where there are squashy sofas and English TV, this was ideal…my daughters night time routine wasn't disturbed; she could still have her dose of in the night garden before bed, and then we could enjoy the evening with BBQ's on the patio, in ear shot of my daughters bedroom. The beach is close by for a change of scenery and there are plenty of child friendly bars and restaurants to visit, we didn't have any trouble. The restaurants are more than happy to accommodate and would cook up anything my daughter wanted for dinner on request. All the restaurants we visited had highchairs and changing areas. I would highly recommend this apartment for a family, Nothing was too much trouble for James, he was always willing to help and recommended many amazing child friendly restaurants which we would have not have known about without his knowledge of the area. A perfect holiday... we can't wait to go back!! |

This was the first time we stayed in the Patio Apartment and it was first class. Loads of room for the six of us and it was fantastic having our own swimming pool and sun terrace. It's in a perfect location for golf, beach and nightlife and we enjoyed all of it. I booked the apartment through www.lovebanus.com I would recommend you book through these guys as they were on hand to advise us what the best golf courses were to play and the best bars to go to. We have already book the Patio Apartment for 2012. |

We went for my friends Hen do so we were looking for something special. This apartment was incredible. There were 10 of us girls and the apartment was spacious with very modern decor. When we arrived it felt so homely, place was spotless and we all had smiles on our faces. All the bedrooms were big, bathrooms with very upt o date fittings, including a jacuzzi in one room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The swimming pool was gorgeous with lots of sun beds and cushions to lie onthe patio, including an upstaires patio which was great for sunbathing. Love Banus added a few little touches, information leaflets about nearby things to do, take aways and nearby restaurants. We were greeted promptly on arrival and were welcomed into the apartment. We also felt we could call upon Love Banus at any time for assistance, which to be fair was mainly questions like how to get here and there.. Couldnt have asked for anything else in the 5 days we stayed there. We found ourselves not even wanting to leave the apartment on some days and were sad to leave. Highly recomend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Marbella.. Cant wait to go back next year! |
