The urbanisation of Los Naranjos de Marbella is also a residential complex so is suited to families, small groups or people searching a luxury retreat while on holiday. It is also an ideal location for golfing trips. (4 renowned golf courses 5 minutes away) There is a bar/restaurant + swimming pool on site called "La Flor de los Naranjos" (formerly The Clubhouse). A new Mercadona supermarket is now open opposite the apartment with a direct access from the complexe. The Mercadona is a very well stocked supermarket with reasonable prices. Their own brand household products are not tested on animals. The Fresh Food Cafe is beside the supermarket and serves excellent food and coffee and drinks.

By renting in Los Naranjos de Marbella direct from the owner you have the guarantee of a home from home atmosphere with privacy and due to the many swimming pools on the complex you don't have to worry about overcrowding in the pool in high season. The quality of the apartment and the tranquility of the complex surrounded by the many beautiful gardens and squares makes it the ideal holiday retreat at very reasonable prices to suit everyone. Renting private accommodation and booking your own flights is still the most cost effective way to beat the credit crunch. Savings of up to 40% can be made on the price of a travel agent booked holiday which doesn't give you the freedom and privacy you get from renting our apartment.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard inside and out. The bedding is of a ver high quality and the mattresses have air filters fitted into them. The furniture made of pine is of the highest quality as well as the beds there is a dressing table with 3 large drawers for storage plus a matching mirror. The bathroom has a full size bath with integral shower and glass shower screen and a large lighted mirror over a marble sink and is light and airy with 2 windows. There is also an extra wall mounted mirror with an extendable arm for ease for putting on make-up.
The apt has wifi so is also suitable for people needing to keep in contact with their business by email and due to the peaceful atmosphere it-s also viable to do some work quietly away from disturbances in the work place. All electrical equipment including laptops or pcs are used at the owners risk.
For the comfort of our guests the apartment is strictly non smoking.
The apartment is a second home so is kept spotlessly clean. At the end of your stay we ask you to leave the apartment clean and by emptying bins especially. Any excess cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit. With our apt you get what you see in the pictures and what you pay for unlike some properties that are not of the standard you are paying for. As well as being an owner who rents out I am sometimes a renter and have had bad experiences of properties not being up to standard but yet being sold as such.
We are constantly updating the apt like painting scuffed walls inside and out. The outside patios were painted this year so look fresh and new.
Guests should take care of their own travel insurance and ensure that they have the right cover in the event of illness or an accident. Though Spain is in the EU each EU member country has different conditions for sickness cover.

The complex is dotted with many swimming pools.
There is 24/7 security. There are parking places available just outside of the entrance gate and are free of charge. The security patrol outside of the complex but if you park it's at your own risk and always advisable to be prudent and not leave personal belongings in any car.
The "La Flor de Los Naranjos restaurant " www.laflordelosnaranjos.com is now open. A new Mercadona supermarket is also now open on the complex just opposite the aparment making Los Naranjos de Marbella the ideal holiday location.
On the south facing balcony off the living room there is a stylish modern dining picnic table plus 6 chairs is ideal for Alfresco dining and is surround by lovely plants.
Or you have the choice to dine on your private roof top sun terrace with a table plus 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers to relax on with a splendid view of the Concha mountain.

Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required before arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
The rates for the apartment are very good value in terms of what you are getting for your money compared to similar properties on the complex which are more expensive.
Payments can be made by cc (paypal , no need for an account) or by bank transfer which is our preferred payment method. Cheque payments must be made 8 weeks prior to arrival.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol is renowned for its micro climate. Los Naranjos de Marbella is located 35 mins by motorway from the international airport in Malaga, the capital of the Costa del sol. A flight of just two or three hours duration separates Malaga from the major European cities, Dublin, London, Paris, Luxembourg Brussels, Frankfurt, Amsterdam. The motorway network links Marbella with Malaga, Seville, Granada, the Sierra Nevada, Ronda and other cities in Andalusia and the rest of Spain. Gibraltar is only 1 hours drive. Seville and Cordoba about 2 hours drive. Tariffa the most southerly town in continental Europe is the mecca for windsufing is also about 1 hours drive. Ths town in worth a visit. You have views of Aftrica from all over the town.
Marbella town is 6 km from Puerto Banus, San Pedro is about 2 km and Estepona 20km. Ronda up in the hills is well worth visiting also 1 hour. Istan one of the many white villages that dot the hills is 15 mins from the complexe.
The Costa del Sol is not only about sandy beaches, for nature lovers there is a huge choice of adventure sports to to plus hiking in the hills and mountains. You can also rent a bike from www.marbellarentabike.com They will deliver the bike to the apt for you.
The Puerto Banus / Los Naranjos De Marbella area
The apartment is located about 15 - 30 min on foot (depending on how fast you walk) from the port of Puerto Banus. There is a local bus which stops outside the complex very frequently. Just a 15 - 30 min walk away, you will find a modern newly built shopping centre belonging to the most prestigious chain of stores in Spain. Here you will find a vast supermarket, fashion shops, all manner of goods for the home and leisure items.
Puerto Banus is the most fashionable resort in Southern Spain. it is a busy Marina, not only for some of the many impressive yachts in the world, but also as one of the most popular locations for dining and nightlife in the Med. Puerto Banus is not only a playground for the rich and famous, there is something for everybody. Having a coffee and a gawk at the famous Sinatra's bar is people watching at its upmost.
The nightlife in Puerto Banus is incredible, with a huge choice of alfresco bars, casinos, piano clubs and discos. PB and Marbella boast some of the finest stores in the world for clothes, furnishings and all the accessories of luxury living. *** Spains biggest Apple store just opened in Marbella, also Hollister too. For another view of the marina, boat trips are available on a regular basis.
The beaches have beautiful white sand and you have a great choice of chirunguitos (snack bars). Also in the area you have your choice of trendy beach bars which are good for people watching. It is the place to be and been seen. The famous Hard Rock Cafe is now open in Puerto Banus which is another good spot for eating at reasonable prices.
About 5 mins by car you have a choice of 5 Golf Courses, Aloha, Las Brisas, La Quinta, Los Naranjos and Magna Club Marbella. On the same street you have La Dama de Noche where you can play golf by night (min 6 people).
For water sports enthusiasts you can wakeboard and cableski in nearby San Pedro. About a 10 min drive from the apartment you can spend a fun day doing watersports or lazing by the beautiful swimming pool after a meal in the restaurant on site. for details visit: www.cableskimarbella.com
If you fancy a spot of clay or pigeon shooting while your kids have fund on the quad bikes and while your wife lazes by the pool go to the Marbella Gun and Country Club in Monda.
The Marbella Gun and Country Club is located within the Sierra De Las Nieves Natural Park, just outside the village of Monda - only twenty minutes from Marbella.

Alternatively, if you fancy a break from the beach you could go on a safari tour in the Sierra de la Nieves in Istan, I can personally recommend this a fantastic day out. They come and pick you up from the apt. www.monteaventura.com they are based in Ojen.
You can go to Marbella by Catamaran from Puerto Banus prices are 15Euro return for an adult or 8.50euros for children or just do a single trip zhich costs 8.50 and 5euros respectively. For more info and times look up www.fly-blue.com
Istan Lake is only 5 minutes by car from the apartment. You can walk in the hills nearby and enjoy the magnificent views of the lake and the surroundings.
A stones throw from the apartment you will find the Manolo Santana tennis and racquets club. www.manolosantana.net
There is a complete range of activities here including a gym, olympic size swimming pool, yoga, pilates and lots of other activities. In summer they have swimming classes for children.
To quote Piers Morgan from Piers Morgan on Marbella , Marbella whatever tickles your fancy has it all! And it's true! Come and find our for yourself by renting our super onebed rooftop solarium apartment.
For horse lovers there is a good horse riding school in Estepona.
It's also possible to some great adventure sports on the Costa del Sol for adventure lovers eg canoeying, cycling in the mountains. Some companies organis corporate events too like team building. Our apt is an ideal location to do anything you feel like doing on your holidays. If you fancy adventure sports have a look at www.teamextreme.es , they have a huge choice of adventure sports from trekking in the hills around Marbella to hot air balooning and canonying.
The best night life in the world can be found in Puerto Banus without contest!

Malaga airport is 65km from Puerto Banus.take motorway E15/N340 Costa, direction Agleciras/Cadiz, take exit 174 first exit when you come out of the tunnel, you arrive immediately at the complex.
There is a public bus from Malaga airport to Marbella (around 5E), then a short taxi ride (about 15E).
Los Naranjos de Marbella is easily accessible to Puerto Banus either on foot which takes about 15 mins or car 1 minute or by bus. Unlike other rental owners or companies who advertise property as being near or in Puerto Banus our apartment is exactly located as stated in our ad. Our aim is to be transparent and have no disagreable surprises when you arrive on the complex. It has been described as a fantastic location by our guests.

My wife and I had a very good ten day stay at Casa Kennedy last summer. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped with the highlight being the private roof terrace for all day sun when required. We were adjacent to one of the many private community pools which are set in well maintained, extensive and pretty gardens. The community had its own club and restaurant with tennis courts. We were within one hundred yards of a large well stocked supermarket, and coffe shop, which was extremely convenient. The owner responded to all of our queries and concerns immediately and proactively and I would not hesitate to book the apartment again on ouer next trip to the area. |

Credit and debit card payments via Paypal accepted (+3.4%). I can also accept a bank transfer thru an IBAN bank account no which is our preferred payment method but in exceptional cases we can accept cheques.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard including 100% cotton bedlinen and bath towels which are included in the price. Beach towels can also be provided at a small extra charge. WIFI available.

For the comfort of all our guests, this is a non smoking apartment.
