There is a safe and hairdryer supplied. The apartment is very spacious. It has dining for six on the balcony. There is a two seater and a three seater sofa bed of best quality. Modern kitchen with separate laundry room, two boilers , and separate dryer, ironing board, iron, and the needed utensils etc..Cleaning is included and change of sheets once a week. There is a cot and high chair available if requested. Extra cleaning can be arranged. The bathrooms have full bath, bidet, twin vanity units and marble floor and walls. There is SKY, BBC, CNN etc satelite system.
WIFI broadband is available.

There is a collection of information leaflets and brochures at the apartment suggesting all types of ides of what to do or go for all the family and maps. The concierge service is 24 hours and offers all the help that you might need.

Costa Del Golf
The alternative known name for the Costa Del Sol is the Costa Del Golf. Within the length of this cost, there are over fifty golf courses for all tastes, styles, budgets and facilities. There are the challenging and the less challenging. You would be completely spoilt for choice.
Some courses are hilly and the others flat park land courses with shady trees. The golf clubs are available for any one to enter and play and to use all their facilities without membership restrictions but on daily entrance fees for about 40 Euro for 18 holes..
The golf clubs offers eating, drinking and relaxing areas in the club houses, buggies, and all your needs to rent or buy from their shops.
The courses are normally much less crowded than would be expected and of good value.
The area boasts some of the best golf courses in Europe including, but not limited to the Valderama course which hosted the 1997 Ryder Cup and the American Express Match Play Championships,

Puerto Banus, Marbella in the Costa del Sol is the most loved resort in Europe. It has more than 300 days of sun a year. It is just as beautiful all the year around. It offers every thing a person could wish for within walking distance and a vast exposure to history and international cities within short distances. There are daily bus tours to Morocco and the magical cities of Andalucia if it was Cordoba, Granada, Sevilla and many others.
There are hourly ferries to the interesting and colourful cities of Morocco with their soouks and entertainments. Beach front apartment has sun all day on three balconies it is on Avenida Playas del Duque, Andalucia Del Mar, 40 minutes drive from Malaga or Gibraltar airports. You do not need a car as everything is available within walking distance. We can recommend competitively priced taxis or car hire firms. (An allocated car parking space is included for your use). For traveling along the coast, there are frequent inexpensive buses and taxis just outside the development.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, right on the beach which is great for families. A very short stroll away is the harbour with all its restaurants and bars,boats and cars,which makes for the best people watching. The boardwalk from Marbella to San Pedro is now almost complete and makes for lovely evening walks,walking towards San Pedro where there are more traditional spanish restaurants and bars. The apartments (we have stayed in both belonging to the owners) are equipped with everything you need and are very comfortable ( the penthouse apartment is beautiful with wonderful veiws) and the DVD players and cbeebies channels are a godsend when on holiday with a three year old. The owners are very kind and helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this property. |

The property was well maintained and equipped added value was provided in respect of the little extra's and finishing touches. The owner had clearly gone to extra effort to make sure facilities were available for our children and this was appreciated. A minor negative was the smell of paint throughout the apartment, clearly some decoration had been done outside the main holiday season. However, this didn't detract from the overall holiday. A fine property in an excellent location."
