Our tropical gardens have 2 swimming pools. This very safe and secure development is located directly on the beach with a security gate opening onto the Blue Flag sandy beach, into the inviting Mediterranean sea and the lavish Ocean Club with its fabulous huge seawater swimming pool. Also this security gate leads into the famous PUERTO BANUS MARINA which is a two minute walk either along the sandy beach or by using the boardwalk.
The gardens and apartment are wheelchair and push-chair friendly. The boardwalk is accessible from our garden gate which makes the beach and Marina Puerto Banus so easy to navigate.
We have a 24/7 hours key collection service facilitating your arrival and departure times making them totally flexible and at your convenience. In the adjacent building you will find the most luxurious exclusive health and beauty SPA with its own indoor heated swimming pool, well equipped gym, exercise classes, sauna, steam room and Turkish hammam as well as conventional massage treatments. (Reasonable entrance fee payable directly to the club).
In the same adjacent building where you collect the keys, there is a 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes.

Every Saturday morning there is a popular street market at the Bullring in Puerto Banus. This market is the largest open market on the Costa Del Sol.

A safe and hairdryers are supplied. The apartment is very spacious. It has dining for six on the balcony. There is a two seater and a three seater sofa bed of best quality.New modern kitchen FULLY equipped. Iron & Ironging board supplied..Change of sheets once a week and departure cleaning is included. Extra cleaning can be arranged. There is a cot and high chair available if requested included in the rental price. The bathrooms have full bath, bidet, twin vanity units and marble floor and walls.

Costa Del Golf
The alternative known name for the Costa Del Sol is the Costa Del Golf. Within the length of this cost, there are over fifty golf courses for all tastes, styles, budgets and facilities. There are the challenging and the less challenging. You would be completely spoilt for choice.
Some courses are hilly and the others flat park land courses with shady trees. The golf clubs are available for any one to enter and play and to use all their facilities without membership restrictions but on daily entrance fees for about 40 Euro for 18 holes..
The golf clubs offers eating, drinking and relaxing areas in the club houses, buggies, and all your needs to rent or buy from their shops.
The courses are normally much less crowded than would be expected and of good value.

Puerto Banus, Marbella in the Costa del Sol is the most loved resort in Europe. It has more than 300 days of sun a year. It is just as beautiful all the year around. It offers every thing a person could wish for within walking distance and a vast exposure to history and international cities within short distances. There are daily bus tours to Morocco and the magical cities of Andalucia if it was Cordoba, Granada, Sevilla and many others.
There are hourly ferries to the interesting and colourful cities of Morocco with their soouks and entertainments. The travelling in short distances away from the cost are the white villages with their handcraft. There are more famous museums in Malaga and the cobble streets of old Marbella. International and traditional entertainment and a whole world of adventures for the young one and all night fun for the not too young.
The towns along the cost have week long festivals and carnivals that move from town or village to the next all the year around. There are too many Saints in Spain for an excuse for that. There are safaris and adventure trips beside all the sports activities. The spectacular famous Spanish horse back riding schools offers memorable experiences for the young and the old

We were so pleased to have welcomed back our return guests for a second time and we look forward to their next planned visit. They are part of the growing number of return guests who enjoy staying in one of our other apartments for their repeat visit, knowing that the location and quality of the property is the same as is the level of service we offer .

We are so delighted our guests had such an enjoyable holiday and experienced our high standards we place within our apartment and the services from our housekeeping and concierge staff.
It's good to see our valued guests made use of the hard copy folder we have compiled
which is in the apartment...all sorts of leaflets are in here, full of suggestions for day trips and activities along the Costa del Sol and in particular, directly in front of the apartment on the Blue Flag beach.
Should you wish to take a taxi instead of hiring a car, we can also give details of a very reputable and reliable taxi business who know the exact location of each of our apartments and has been servicing our guests for more than 20 years...We have given him direct access to the elevator area so transferring luggage, wheelchairs and pushchairs is much more comfortable for our guests.
We do find that guests who do hire a car do so to enable them to visit other attractions and cities... You would not need a car to visit the supermarket, banks or pharmacy as they and all other amenities are with in less than a five minute walk from the apartment.
We do hope our guests will become one of our very many repeat visitors to our apartment...maybe next time they would like to try the Penthouse apartment in the same building!!

We are again delighted to know our American guests were happy with every aspect of our service, property and surrounding area with all amenties so close by. The lift is a great bonus for golfers, wheelchair and pushchair users, in fact for any guest who chooses to take advantage of the free parking space we provide in the underground garage. The lift is located very close to the car space and services every floor in the building plus entry and exit is operated by remote control. The beach is directly accessible via one of our garden gates and the boardwalk takes you straight into Marina Puerto banus.

We were so pleased to welcome back our valued guests and as described, our luxurious and well appointed apartments have everything to offer for families and couples. We trust our guest's decision to return to us also included the fact that our booking process is simple, our response times are immediate and refundable deposits are returned very quickly after departure.
Marina Puerto Banus is just a few minutes walk away and can also be accessed via our garden gate using the new boardwalk along the beach. Also accessible from our garden gate is the world famous Ocean Club.
Our apartments are all so very convenient for all your needs, requirements and amenities....every thing is within walking distance and so a car is not necessary while staying with us. Should you have a car, we do include in the price a parking space in our secure underground garage.

This apartment has three sunny balconies, all day long and the year round with view of the glistening Mediterranean sea. The balconies are spacious with dinning table and chairs.
This development is quiet and suits all ages and size of families and where couples will find this location a romantic venue too. Access to
all amenities is easy and with in a few minutes walking distance...everything you need from beach life, night life, shopping, Supermarket, banks, chemist, sight seeing in Marina Puerto Banus and many other activities are reachable without the necessity of a car. Should you be using a car, we include a FREE PARKING space in our secure garage at not extra cost to your rental fee. We also offer Free use of WiFi, cots and high chairs.

We are so pleased to know our guests enjoyed their experience so much that they intend to return and to stay with us again.
Just one of the various elements of our apartments which makes them so appealing is the location...not only are they beach front giving access directly on to the beach for sunbathing, dining or strolling but also
it takes only a couple of minutes to reach Marina Puerto Banus via the board walk. If you don't fancy sand between your toes, you can also reach the Marina by circumnavigating the beach and walk along the
wide pavements and esplanades which again take just five minutes. El Cortes Ingles Department store (UK's equivalent to Selfridges) takes an extra few minutes to reach by foot and well worth a visit even if
you only want to grocery shop although there are other supermarkets which are much closer by.
The restaurants our guest, Mr Melville recommends are perfect for any size of budget, are venues we personally often frequent and we agree, have excellent standards.
In short, everything you need is well within walking distance and a car is most definitely not required even though we do provide free secure parking should you hire a car from a recommended company some of our
clients use. We can also recommend a Taxi service which is both reasonable, competitively priced and who know the exact location of our apartments....again making the arrival process stress free.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, right on the beach which is great for families. A very short stroll away is the harbour with all its restaurants and bars,boats and cars,which makes for the best people watching.
The boardwalk from Marbella to San Pedro is now almost complete and makes for lovely evening walks,walking towards San Pedro where there are more traditional spanish restaurants and bars.
The apartments (we have stayed in both belonging to the owners) are equipped with everything you need and are very comfortable ( the penthouse apartment is beautiful with wonderful veiws) and the DVD players and cbeebies channels are a godsend when on holiday with a three year old.
The owners are very kind and helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this property.
We are happy to know that our guests have enjoyed their holidays and stay in our apartment. The exceptional location was greatly appreciated by them We hope to see them back soon. Nael and Angela
