This private villa is exclusive and secure with two swimming pools shared between fourteen villas. The setting is tranquil in over two acres of landscaped gardens and is just fifteen minutes walk from Puerto Banus and only a ten minute drive into Marbella. The villa is very well appointed, both décor and furnishings have a Moorish influence combined with a contemporary style. It is maintained to a high standard and is ideal for family holidays, or couples looking for a fun break.

If golf is your sport then you are spoilt for choice with ten courses within 10 minutes and another forty within a half an hour drive.

The owners have provided a secure and cool area at garden level, where babies and very young children are able to crawl and play safely in a large shaded area. This allows parents to sunbath and relax at the pool side whilst close to the children in the beautiful garden area. Alternatively the roof terrace provides a large sunny area for secluded and private sun bathing.

A t the time of Booking 30% non returnable deposit to secure your reservation.
6 weeks prior to your holiday 70% balance of the holiday cost plus a £350 returnable damage deposit subject to the property and contents being returned without loss or damage. The full cost of any damage, loss or breakage will be deducted from the £350 and returned 4 weeks after the end of your holiday with the final account,

Secure and Cool Area for the Children

The Costa del Sol region

There are many attractions and places to visit on the Costa del Sol and with its all year round climate.
For the teenagers. Go Carting at Funny Beach, A day at Torremolinos Aquaparks or the Tivoli World. Amusement Park. And for the whole family.

The not to be missed Fuengirola Zoo or Selwo Safari Park and Selwo Marina Nr Estapona, Horse drawn coaches at Mijas Village.

Gibraltar is 1 hour by car, Malaga 45 mins, Ronda 60 mins and Mijas 35 mins. And if time permits the famous Alhambra Palace at Granada 2 hours drive. A great day out.

The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area

The villa is 10 minutes drive to the centre of Marbella Old town and the famous golden mile. Find Orange Square where you may wish to sit and relax over an early evening cocktail , or alternatively take your coffee and liquor after dinner. There is a huge choice and variations of dining from traditional Spanish tapas bars to stylish continental restaurants.

A leisurely walk down to the promenade through Parque Alamanda, where a number of Salvador Dali bronzes are on display. A perfect end to a happy relaxed evening with family and friends.

We hope you will have space for us again in the future. Great spot, amazing eating houses and bars just what the doctors ordered. location perfect we have managed to visit many beauty spots as well as enjoying the beach nearby. (The Coomb group Belgium.)

What a great ville in a brilliant location. we have had a wonderful holiday and are returning home well rested and rejuvinated. ( Lianne & Ed Manger and family Southampton UK)

We arrived late in the evening, so the welcome pack and offer of the honesty bar wine/Beers was very welcome. A good first night sleep in comfortable beds and in a relaxed luxury setting certainly set us up for our holiday. We really did not want to return home, hope to return again in the future. Mr and Mrs Wright and friends Edinburgh.
