A two minute walk brings you to the Centro Plaza shopping centre and a choice of many restaurants. You are now only a short distance to the world famous Puerto Banus with fabulous beaches, magnificent marina and a choice of shops and restaurants.

The whole property has been reconstucted in Jan 11, with all new floors throughout , furniture and soft furniturings, it has been completely modernised . A cleaner has been included for a weekly clean on one week lets. there is aircon through out the apartment, with tv in two bedroom as well as lounge

24 hours security, easy parking , and the most central location for everything, saturday has the large market next door, the property is ideal for families. Golfers will love the location due to 12 courses being within the immediate area. 24 hours security with guards , the grounds are the best kept in the area, there is no need to een hire a car , due to the central location, there are lots of restaurants/shops only a couple of minutes walk, yet the complex is so quiet and relaxing

The Costa del Sol region
Puerto Banus with its yachting marina, numerous designer shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs has all the ingredients for an interesting visit! Its great to watch the luxury cars and star spotting while slipping your wine on the luxury port .There is a multi cine complex that has a weekly English speaking films. The area attracts golfers from all over the world, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and Aloha are too name a few of the world champion courses. The area is known for over 300 days of sun shine every year. The best market in spain is only a few minutes walk of the apartment, and 3 large supermarkets within easy walking distance
The Puerto Banus / Andalucia del Mar area
It is about 5 minutes walk into the heart of Puerto Banus and the beachs. The development has a large pool and sunbathing area set in very attractive landscaped gardens and there are tennis courts. Being about five minutes walk from the Centro Plaza shopping area and restaurants eating out is easy and the car can be left behind! (For those of you who couldn't bear to do this there is street parking and parking areas in the Club). The Centro Plaza centre has a wide range of quality shops and a supermarket. There is also a gymnasium and beauty parlour. Lots of bars , but yet very peaceful , and no noise can be heard at all, from the apartment, the complex is behind luxury electric gates, and 24 hour security
