Situated at the gateway of Puerto Banus you only have to take a small step over the threshold to be amongst the life and soul of this exclusive resort. Rubbing shoulders with celebrities from all around the world enjoying the exclusive restaurants, designer boutiques, magnificent yachts in the marina and the famous night life.

Our luxury 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed, air conditioned apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with TV/DVD and community satellite package, dining area for up to six and a sun drenched private terrace with loungers overlooking the beautiful main swimming pool and gardens.

For your assistance an administration office is situated within the complex together with full time security personnel.

The lounge is tastefully decorated, corner sofa, tiled floor, TV/DVD with community satellite package and a direct access to the private terrace.

Dining area features table and seating for six, perfect for a family dinner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are three bedrooms in the apartment:

Bedroom 1 has got a double bed, fitted wardrobe and en suite access to a bathroom with shower, WC and double wash basin with large mirror.

Bedroom 2 has got a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and direct access to private terrace.

Bedroom 3 has got two comfortable single beds and fitted wardrobes.

There is also a second bathroom with a large corner bath with shower attachment, WC, bidet and double wash basin with large double mirrors.

Once inside the beautiful, "award winning" complex of Aldea Blanca you are in another world. Palm trees litter the colourful gardens, a choice of five luxurious swimming pools including a shallow children's pool and a magnificent larger pool for the more adventurous swimmer. There is also a jacuzzi for those that wish to be pampered.

No adult groups under 25 years of age. No Pets. Smoking only allowed on terrace.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

We require a 25% Non-refundable booking deposit as well £200 refundable damage deposit. Balance is due 10 weeks before your holiday date.

The Costa del Sol region

Costa del Sol, the sunshine coast. During the day enjoy the beautiful sun drenched beaches, explore the many historic places of interest, browse the many designer shops or simply people watch from one of the cafes in the cosmopolitan Puerto Banus. Of course, the more active holiday maker can test their handicap at one of the many first class golf course the area has to offer.

At night you will find numerous restaurants catering for every taste, if you choose to venture into Puerto Banus you will experience the energetic nightlife that will draw you back time after time.

The Puerto Banus / Aldea Blanca area

Situated next to the Bull Ring, our "award winning" complex is only a few minutes walk from Puerto Banus and its beaches. There is a choice of two supermarkets and a number of restaurants within the immediate area. In Nueva Andalucia you are never far from a golf course, there are too many to mention.
