Before reading further about our apartment and the wonderful days and nights you will enjoy in Puerto Banus and Marbella, we would like to make you aware of some of the little extras we have included to make your holiday even more special:

• Tennis courts and 5-a-side football pitches within the complex are only 30 seconds away too
• 15 minute walk to the wonderful restaurants and bars of Puerto Banus
• Perfectly situated for several golf courses
Two bedroomed, fully air-conditioned apartment with every amenity for your holiday. Tastefully appointed with contemporary furniture and hi-tech appliances including LCD and plasma TV screens, DVD player and an i-pod dock. Our apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, plus a huge living area which can comfortably accommodate further guests with a luxurious, automatic inflating double bed. The master bedroom enjoys a modern en suite bathroom and LCD TV. There is also a large family bathroom with power shower.
The well equipped kitchen continues the modern theme with a large fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and outside utility area.
There is a lovely dining area for you to enjoy home cooked food or the odd takeaway, or for al fresco dining you can indulge in a barbecue on the spacious terrace, which could also comfortably accommodate a large cocktail party! Views from the balcony to the east are of the coastal mountains and the view to the north overlooks the immaculate and exotic gardens.

LAYOUT – a modern Spanish style apartment, tiled throughout in white marble. Equipped with contemporary furniture and all mod cons.
AVAILABILITY - all year around. Superbly cool in summer thanks to efficient air conditioning and marble floors. Cosy in winter with an efficient heating system.
COMFORT - we have tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable including cotton towels and bed linen, good quality beds (1 double, 2 singles and a portable double). Our home manager provides an initial clean (interim clean arranged at small extra cost).
ENTERTAINMENT - satellite TV is installed. Both DVD and CD players are available for your use including a connector for your MP3 player and some CDs/DVDs. Internet connection is available at various locations in both Puerto Banus and Marbella at low prices. There are a wealth of local restaurants and attractions to ensure you are never bored!
For those who want to simply relax and enjoy the wonderful local culinary ingredients available at a wealth of markets and superb stores, you will find everything you need in the kitchen to make cooking and dining at home a very pleasant experience.
HELP AND SECURITY – Our management company is on hand to help with any problems that may arise. A 24-hour security service operates at Los Naranjos to assure your safety and a wall safe is provided for security for your valuables.

The Costa del Sol region
CLIMATE - With its superb micro-climate this is an all year round holiday destination. The municipality records an average year round temperature of 18º C. Around Easter time and Autumn the temperature is usually in the mid 20's, rising to higher 20's to 30's and beyond during the summer.
POSITION - in the centre of the western Costa del Sol, between the slopes of the Sierra Blanca mountain range and the coast, Marbella and Puerto Banus is 56 kilometres (35 miles) from Málaga, the vibrant, hugely interesting and colourful capital of Andalucia. Some of our guests have even taken the 90 minute drive into the Spanish mountains to go skiing for the day!
PLACES OF INTEREST - There is much to discover in the region and not just the famous resorts of PUERTO BANUS, MARBELLA (see below), ESTEPONA and GIBRALTAR.
LOCAL TOWNS ALSO INCLUDE - SAN PEDRO DE ALCANTARA, just a few minutes away by car, a real Spanish town with many fairly priced restaurants and shops plus a lovely long beach and promenade. ISTAN - only a 15/20 min drive into the mountains, this 'pueblos blancos' (white mountain village) has breathtaking views over the valley and reservoir below. BENAHAVIS - the most mountainous village on the western Costa del Sol is located some 15 miles from Los Naranjos. Renowned for its restaurants, it is often called the dining room of Costa del Sol. It holds nine of the 60+ golf courses in Costa del Sol.
CULTURAL CITIES - Many beautiful, cultural cities are easily accessible by car. The Moorish city of CORDOBA with its ancient ramparts or GRANADA and the dramatic and picturesque Alhambra palace. The bustling and colourful SEVILLE, Spain's 4th largest city , famous for flamenco, bullfighting and orange blossom. Only an hour away is the fortified town of RHONDA one of Spain's oldest towns, where you can visit beautiful Spanish restaurants and El Mercadillo, the oldest and most handsome bullring in Spain or El Tajo, the stunning 360ft deep gorge which divides the old and "new" towns. MALAGA should not be overlooked and is in fact a very pleasant port city with it's leafy Paseo del Parque, a huge variety of shops along the Calle Marqués de Larios, the Alcazabar and the Picasso Museum.
PUEBLOS BLANCOS - The mountains are scattered with the famous "pueblos blancos", whitewashed mountaintop villages. Ojen and Istan are only a15/20 minute drive with Casares just a little further. Walking is a delight in the many national park areas just inland from the coast.
RELAXATION - But if all you want to do is relax on the beach then you have literally miles of clean, sandy beach from which to choose, many of the resorts having beautiful, long promenades easy for those with pushchairs or wheelchairs. The 'chiringuitos' on the beach are a delight with their freshly caught sardines barbecued over the sand filled boats! Whilst the many bars fronting the ports of Banus and Marbella provide endless hours of fun simply 'people watching'!

The Puerto Banus / Los Naranjos De Marbella area
Do as little or as much as you like in this area as the range of activities is extensive:-
BEACHES - 20 minute walk to the golden sands of Puerto Banus with beds available, boating facilities, many delightful beach bars selling all varieties of freshly prepared fish (cold beer and Tinto Verano of course!). Stroll along the Golden Mile using the beautiful promenade that skirts the beach, all the way to Marbella. Further beaches to suit all tastes, from the quiet, to the cool and funky Nikki Beach with its white leather double sofa loungers for those with champagne tastes. For karting, jet skiing, other water sports, bars and restaurants, Funny Beach is a must, just 12 minutes from the apartment, east of Marbella.
RESTAURANTS - a huge variety ranging from family oriented establishments to the 'tres chic', from local Spanish to silver service dining at Marbella Club Hotel and La Puente Romana. Many excellent choices available within a 15 minute walk and you will be amazed at the prices of the 'menu del dia' (from 7.5 Euros),in some Marbella restaurants along the quayside or in Marbella Old Town whose winding, cobbled streets are fascinating. Guests will receive a list of personal recommendations!
SHOPPING - hugely varied! Everything from colourful markets to El Corte Ingles, a classy department store, the designer boutiques of cosmopolitan Banus and the award winning La Canada shopping and entertainments complex (bowling and cinema). Not forgetting my favourite! Old Town Marbella, a maze of narrow, cobbled streets offering not only amazing small boutiques with a difference but tapas bars, chapels and the famous Orange Square with its pavement cafes and scent of orange blossom to spice up your shopping experience!
TENNIS - courts on site adjacent to the clubhouse, tennis rackets and balls available at the apartment so you have no excuse! The world famous Manolo Santana Racquets Club is situated a few metres from Los Naranjos with tennis, paddle tennis, gym, wellness studio, pool and restaurant. 15 mins walk to further tennis and paddle courts in Puerto Banus.
GOLF - this is Golf valley with it's 5 high class golf courses within a few minutes drive and dozens more. Just next door we have not only a golf range but a 24hr golf course for the true enthusiasts!
INTERNET - a number of WiFi and Internet cafes available at Puerto Banus, Nueva Andalucia and Marbella either free to customers or at a minimal cost.
Fiestas, water sports, trekking, birdwatching, the list is endless but we hope this is enough to whet your appetite!
How to get there

Fly to Malaga airport - Los Naranjos is just a 45 minute car journey away.
Budget flights available through BMI, Easyjet and Monarch airlines. Prices start as low as £1.99!
Buses from Malaga Airport go directly to Marbella Bus Station, the service runs regularly and is cheap, just 3.68 euros. You can call the bus company on 0034 902 527 200 or visit the website: www.ctsa-portillo.com where you will find details of all routes along the Costa del Sol.
Trains run regularly between the airport to Fuengirola.
A taxi from Malaga airport is approx 90 euros.
