A fully fitted kitchen is standard, A very spacious and comfortable lounge/diner with lovely working fireplace, ample lounge seating and dining (inside and al-fresco) can be enjoyed. The lounge leads to a private patio with further al-fresco dining.There is a large Mercadona supermarket on site at Los Naranjos which makes shopping very easy for those who do not have a car. The apartment has personalised Wi-fi installed with IPTV which gives all the English channels for your added pleasure.This complex is ideally situated for all the famous golf courses around Marbella which are all within 15 minutes drive and is situated adjacent to the only 24 hour course in the area 'Dama de Noche' and the Marbella Golf Academy. Puerto Banus is only a pleasant 20 minutes stroll away, making the complex the perfect 'value-for-money' retreat from the 'high-life' associated with this international resort. Only a few metres away is the Los Naranjos Sport Bar & Restuarant which serves good food and has weekly entertainment during summer months , bar, serviced pool with sun beds, very child friendly, Paddle tennis courts with coaching and central reception. The apartment is very spacious with lounge/dining areas , a modern kitchen and the added benefit of air conditioning/heating throughout.There is also Satellite Tv available with all your favourite channels for your added pleasure and to keep the children entertained via Iptv through the Wi-fi installed in the apartment.

The main bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space with an internal safe for you to keep valuables. There are two further twin bedded rooms each with built in wardrobes and a separate shower room with toilet.

A large outdoor terrace with dining table/chairs for al-fresco eating and drinking complete the apartment. For guest use there is a large George Foreman grill that can be used on the terrace for cooking outdoors.

The apartment leads out to the terrace overlooking the pool which is gated for easy pool/garden access. There is plenty of sunbathing area around the pool.On site you can enjoy the use of swimming pools, Paddle tennis courts, gardens and a Clubhouse offering all day dining and entertainment. There is also a large Mercadona supermaket on site at Los Naranjos only 3 minutes walk away.

The Andalucia region

The Costa del Sol is renowned for its year-round excellent weather and fantastic beaches. It is also great for golfers and is known as the "Costa del Golf". There is everything for the holiday maker from fine beaches to typical white-washed Andalucain villages. Within easy access of the apartment are the historic towns of Malaga and La Ronda, both well-worth a visit. Gibraltar is around 45 mins drive and from the port of Tarifa about an hour away you can go on a whale and dolphin watch.(guaranteed sightings)

Puerto Banus

Puerto Banus, which is renowned for its sandy beaches, fashionable designer shops, magnificent yacht marina, international restaurants and bars, is a flat 20 minute walk away. The local area is packed full of amenities for people of all ages with golf, beaches and nightlife. Every Saturday there is a well known market at the bull ring (1km walk from the apartment). Nueva Andalucia beach, just to the west of Puerto Banus, is a busy tourist beach offering all sorts of water sports such as windsurfing, jet-skiing, water bikes etc. You can also hire sun beds or sit and watch the world go by in one of the many beach restaurants. The international resort of Marbella is 10 minutes drive away. It is a fascinating mix of a high fashion resort and a charming white-walled Adalucian town with orange trees decorating the central square making it the perfect setting for either lunch in the sun or a relaxing evening drink and dinner.

"Brilliant holiday!"

"Excellent accommodation"

We loved the accommodation, which was top class. The location in the complext next to the pool was excellent and our children loved going straight into the pool every day via the patio doors. We had a BBQ one night with the large George Foreman grill - I'm going to buy one now as very good! I would recommend that families who stay here hire a car, as it is a good half hour walk (with children) to Puerto Banus. Mark, the owner, was very helpful with queries, and overall, this is the best accommodation we have stayed in whilst abroad.
