This is a very popular ground-floor apartment on the superb Los Naranjos de Marbella development, which is situated next to the famous Puerto Banus. This complex is ideally situated for all the famous golf courses around Marbella which are all within 15 minutes drive and is situated adjacent to the only 24 hour course in the area 'Dama de Noche' and the Marbella Golf Academy. Puerto Banus is only a pleasant 20 minutes stroll away, making the complex the perfect ‘value-for-money’ retreat from the 'high-life' associated with this international resort. Only a few metres away is the Flor de Los Naranjos Bar Restuarant which serves good food and has weekly entertainment during summer months , bar, serviced pool with sun beds, very child friendly, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts and central reception. The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol is renowned for its year-round excellent weather and fantastic beaches. It is also great for golfers and is known as the "Costa del Golf". There is everything for the holiday maker from fine beaches to typical white-washed Andalucain villages. Within easy access of the apartment are the historic towns of Malaga and La Ronda, both well-worth a visit. Gibraltar is around 45 mins drive and from the port of Tarifa about an hour away you can go on a whale and dolphin watch.(guaranteed sightings)
Puerto Banus, which is renowned for its sandy beaches, fashionable designer shops, magnificent yacht marina, international restaurants and bars, is a flat 20 minute walk away. The local area is packed full of amenities for people of all ages with golf, beaches and nightlife. Every Saturday there is a well known market at the bull ring (1km walk from the apartment). Nueva Andalucia beach, just to the west of Puerto Banus, is a busy tourist beach offering all sorts of water sports such as windsurfing, jet-skiing, water bikes etc. You can also hire sun beds or sit and watch the world go by in one of the many beach restaurants. The international resort of Marbella is 10 minutes drive away. It is a fascinating mix of a high fashion resort and a charming white-walled Adalucian town with orange trees decorating the central square making it the perfect setting for either lunch in the sun or a relaxing evening drink and dinner.
