Villa Fortuna is located within walking distance to Puerto Banus with a large number of restaurants and shops. The property is surrounded by a mature garden which provides privacy and tranquility that can be enjoyed lounging by the pool or playing table-tennis in the shade. All the rooms have marble floors and the two kitchens are fully equipped to cater for large parties or live-in staff. The pool can be illuminated at night. There are two terraces and a 5-car, partially covered garage. The master bedroom has its own sitting room and offers secluded privacy to its occupants. The idyllic garden is well maintained, romantic and one-of-a kind in this well-established urbanisation, with the beach is just down the street.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Andalucia is a popular holiday destination with a high number of beaches that cater for all needs. The towns of Marbella and San Pedro are very well connected by highway to Seville, Granada and Ronda, where many historic sites can be viewed. The famous Puerto Banus is a 2 minute car ride away, while the route can also be walked on foot, for not more than 15 minutes. More shopping can be found at the La Canada commercial centre, which is 10 minutes by car, and can also be reached by bus which stops not more than 200 m from the Villa. A supermarket which supplies everything from sun-cream to fresh fruits and drinks, is about 40 metres from the Villa, just next to the local Pharmacy, Chinese, Italian and local Spanish restaurants.
Puerto Banus area
Puerto Banus is known for the restaurants, shopping and night life which operate throughout the year. The location of the Villa is ideal to enjoy the bustle of Puerto Banus and Marbella, but being in a secluded and private urbanisation means that relaxation and privacy is guaranteed. Puerto Banus is less than 2 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot. The route is very easy, just follow the sidewalk along the road, or even walk along the beach.
How to get there
Scheduled and low-cost airlines fly to Malaga (AGP) or Gibraltar (GIB), each 40km from the Villa. Numerous car hire companies operate from both airports and the Villa is easily accessible by traveling on the N-340 and exiting on the beach side of the road, in the Urbanization of Cortijo Blanco (0.8km or 2 minutes by car, from Puerto Banus and 0.5km or 1 minute by car from San Pedro de Alcantara). Both cities are also walking distance, Puerto Banus is less than a 15 minute walk and San Pedro is also a 15 minute walk away. There is a bus stop just 200 metres from the Villa, which provides for cheap and reliable transport in either direction.

Further details indoors: All the marble bathrooms have recently been renovated. The bedrooms offer romantic views of the seaside and there is ample space for celebratory gatherings around the pool and in the Villa. There are two living rooms, which both have satellite TV, which allows for independent viewing of different channels.

Guestbook for Elegant Villa Fortuna
Our group of 10 stayed in the villa Fortuna last summer, the location is PERFECT for the beach, the supermarket and Puerto Banus is just a couple minutes away. We absolutely loved our very own garden and spent many days hanging out while preparing our food in the BBQ just next to the pool.
