Location, Location, Location. This beautiful villa has panoramic views from a fantastic huge top terrace.

This villa is within walking distance to Buddu Beach at Puerto Banus. 10 mins walk from the villa to Nueva Andalucia Roundabout then beach. Local 2 mins from hairdressers, supermarket, bars restaurants many with free wi-fi. Bus service to Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and taxis. Peaceful but central, parking outside villa.

Villa has Four Terraces with stunning views of the sea and mountains/countryside and on clear days views of Africa .

5 mins by car to Magna Cafe golf course with first class restaurant wonderful for dinner and spectacualar views. 5 mins to Golf Club Narangos with wonderful terrace ideal for lunch. 8 mins to Aloha area for golf , bars, restaurants and sports bars, lots to do and you have not hit Puerto Banus yet. 10 mins drive to San Pedro water ski park inland.

10 mins to San Pedro jetski hire on beach. 15 mins to Sierria Neivis nature reserve. 20 mins drive to Selwo Safari Park. 20 mins horse riding at School de Art in Estepona (recommended as English teachers and beach treks).

The Costa del Sol region

The villa is located within Golf valley that includes 5 golf courses. Protected by mountains, the area has a very warm all year climate, and is generally degrees warmer than inland Spain in the winter. There are many safari, marine, crocodile and adventure parks all accessible by car. There are also many excersions to try out from local tourist operators.

The villa is situated just outside the busy port of Puerto Banus, away from all the bustle of the port, but minutes walk to all the bars and night life. There is an amazing choice of lovely beaches all along the coast, many only minutes walk from the villa. For those wanting a cultural break, there are too many places of interest to list here.

The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area

Marbella town is six km. From the wonderful Puerto Banus with fabulous yachts, first class restaurants, piano bars, clubs - all on the water front. They are open all day and all night at the international world famous Puerto Banus.

There are also international boutiques, (Burberry, Loewe, Jimmy Choo). Also very popular is the Corte Ingles store (very similar to Selfridges, with wonderful food hall etc.)

Nearby there are local restaurants such as Chateau Briandt, Magna Cafe and various bars.n Saturday's there is the wonderful local market, a wonderful place to meet your friends, have a coffee, tapas, buy souvenirs and watch the world go by!
