Home description

This modern and well appointed town house comprises 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), fully fitted kitchen and 3 sun terraces. The spacious dining and living area has comfortable leather sofas, chairs and occasional furniture. Flat LCD satellite TV , DVD and cd player. The two patio doors lead out to a stunning private rear garden with a large area laid in traditional paving with trees and shrubs surrounding, a Webber style BBQ is also provided. This townhouse is one of very few on the complex that is not overlooked from the back of the house so there is a larger amount of privacy when in the rear garden or on the sun terraces.
The shared swimming pool is just 30 meters from our property so very close by without the risk of being disturbed by noise, the pool area is well equipped with sun loungers and parasols all within a secure garden environment.
Walking to and from the main town, marina and beaches of Puerto Banus is an easy, flat, well lit walk which takes 15-20 minutes. If you drive into town there are two large underground carparks so parking there is also easy. The local bus stops nearby and the taxis are also inexpensive. Duty free shopping in Gibraltar is an hour away , the old town of Marbella is a 10 minute drive and the historic town of Rhonda is also close by as is Estopona with its safari park.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

On this beautifully well maintained complex, there is the clubhouse which hosts a sophisticated bar and bistro which serves delicious inexpensive breakfasts lunches and dinner.. There is also a large swimming pool and an area with a bouncy castle, also another area ideal for children to play ball games. It is a relaxing place to spend time enjoying a drink or to use the internet facilities and meet other holiday makers and locals. The clubhouse is becoming famous for is Sunday lunches with live music and other entertainments on selected evenings.
Tennis and paddle courts are available to hire. There is a tennis coach who is also availble for hire.
The area is well known as an international tourist area, surrounded by golf courses, beautiful beaches, lovely mountain views, exciting nightlife and extensive bars, restaurants some around the picturesque harbour not to mention the fabulous designer shops and those with a more modest pocket!

Puerto Banus / Los Naranjos De Marbella area

Opened early this summer is a large supermarket on the complex which is so convenient that it will be just a two minute stroll to get all your provisions. Also less than 1km away is a supermarket open seven days per week 24 hours a day for all your basic needs along with bars and restaurants. There are several larger supermarkets within the immediate area. On Saturdays there is a large local market at the bullring in Puerto Banus and you can find markets in all the surrounding towns on most days of the week.

How to get there

Fly to: Malaga, Gibraltar, or Jerez Airports

Flights available from BA, Iberian, Monarch, Easyjet, Flybe, Ryanair, dependent on departing airport.

Car hire: (adviseable to pre book via internet for best deals) from airport, approximately 45 minutes drive.

Express bus is available to Marbella then local bus or taxi to Los Naranjos De Marbella.

The new modern kitchen has been specially redesigned using granite worktops with extra cupboard space and useful utility area.
Hire of cots and highchairs can easily be arranged.
Also new this year is the facility to hire Wifi within the house, but early booking is advisable as this is proving very popular.

Los Naranjos de Marbella is a small Mediterranean village complex with landscaped gardens, swimming pools. The choice of swimming pool areas all have numerous sun loungers and parasols and each are gated making them all very safe areas for children.

The house is looked after by a professional management company who is on site should any problems arise and they are available 24 hours for emergencies, to ensure you have a trouble stress free holiday.

Conditions

Refundable £250 deposit is required which is returned within two weeks if no losses occur.

I go to Puerto Banus regularly, often several times a year, and have stayed in a variety of apartments and villas over the last few years, including a few in Los Naranjos de Marbella. However availablity permitting I will always stay here in the future! The house is spacious, immaculate, and of a very high decorative standard. The garden is lovely, and not overlooked! Rather than feeling like you are in a holiday rental it truly feels like a home and has excellant amenities!
There is good information on the local area available in the house and it is situated in a quiet development so no parties keeping you up all night (which I have experienced) yet is close enough to the port to walk!
The communication from booking to returning home is excellent - truly a pleasure to deal with! I would recommend this house to anyone!!! Kelly Phillips
