This modern and well appointed town house which has been completely redecorated inside and out this year, comprises 3 double bedrooms,with luxurious bed linen, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) with new Egyptian cotton towels, for your comfort. Fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and there are 3 sun terraces. One shared by two of the bedrooms, a front terrace and a large terrace at the top of the house, ideal for secluded sunbathing. The spacious dining and living area has comfortable leather sofas, chairs and occasional furniture. Flat LCD satellite TV , DVD and cd player. The two patio doors lead out to a stunning private rear garden with a large area laid in traditional paving with trees and shrubs surrounding, there are comfortable sunbeds, and a shaded seating area, a Webber style BBQ is also provided. This townhouse is one of very few on the complex that is not overlooked from the back of the house so there is a larger amount of privacy when in the rear garden or on the sun terraces.
The shared landscaped swimming pool is just 30 meters from our property so very close by without the risk of being disturbed by noise, the pool area is well equipped with sun loungers and parasols all within a secure garden environment which is only available to residents with a key, which we provide.
Walking to and from the main town, marina and beaches of Puerto Banus is an easy, flat, well lit walk which takes 15-20 minutes. There are many restaurants to suit every taste, and pocket! If you drive into town there are many large underground carparks so parking there is also easy. The local bus stops nearby and the taxis are easy to find and inexpensive. Duty free shopping in Gibraltar is an hour away , the old town of Marbella is a 10 minute drive and the historic town of Rhonda is also close by as is Estopona with its safari park and many other attractions.

Los Naranjos de Marbella is a small Mediterranean village complex with landscaped gardens, swimming pools. The choice of swimming pool areas all have numerous sun loungers and parasols and each are gated making them all very safe areas for children.

30% secures your booking with the balance eight weeks prior to the rental. If the booking is within eight weeks of the rental, 100% payment will be required.
The house is looked after by a professional local management company should any problems arise and they are available 24 hours for emergencies, to ensure you have a trouble free, stress free holiday.
Conditions
Refundable £250 deposit is required which is returned within two weeks if no losses occur.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol, which translates into english as Coast of the Sun, is a region of Southern Spain. As the name implies, the region consists of the coastal towns and communities along the Mediterranean coastline found in the province of Malaga.
There are numerous attractions and activities to enjoy along the Costa del Sol. The Sea Life Aquarium, Selwo Adventure Park, Fuengirola Zoo, Torremolinos Crocodile Park, caves at Nerja, Glass and Crystal musium, diving, cycling,horse riding all within easy reach of the house.
The Costa del Sol has become a popular destination for foreign tourists not only for its beaches but also for its local culture, with the quintessential flamenco playing an important role. The area is particularly famous for its towns like Marbella, which provides the Costa del Sol with its reputation for being a playground for its super-rich and famous visitors. Marbella Old Town is somewhere not to be missed.
The Puerto Banus / Los Naranjos De Marbella area
On this beautifully well maintained complex, there is the clubhouse which hosts a sophisticated bar and bistro which serves delicious inexpensive breakfasts lunches and dinner.. There is also a large swimming pool and an area with a bouncy castle, also another area ideal for children to play ball games. It is a relaxing place to spend time enjoying a drink or to use the internet facilities and meet other holiday makers and locals. The clubhouse is becoming famous for is Sunday lunches with live music and other entertainments on selected evenings.Tennis and paddle courts are available to hire. There is a tennis coach who is also availble for hire.
There is also internet access and free wifi.
Recently opened is a large supermarket on the complex which is so convenient that it will be just a two minute stroll to get all your provisions. Also less than 1km away is a supermarket open seven days per week 24 hours a day for all your basic needs along with bars and restaurants.
The area is well known as an international tourist area, surrounded by golf courses, beautiful beaches, lovely mountain views, exciting nightlife and extensive bars, restaurants some around the picturesque harbour not to mention the fabulous designer shops and those with a more modest pocket! On Saturdays there is a large local market at the bullring in Puerto Banus and you can find markets in all the surrounding towns on most days of the week.

We had a fantastic trip to Puerto Banus in Mid September of this year and stayed in this lovely house. It was very well presented, spotlessly clean with a large amount of outside space on every level which meant that we could make the most of the glorious September sun at all times of the day!.....The pool was just a 2 second walk from our front door and perhaps it was the time of year but we only occasionally saw one other couple using it through out our whole stay!.....It is a perfect base for exploring the fun towns of Puerto Banus and Marbella close by...and the air conditioning through out the house makes such a difference after returning from a hot day at the beautiful beach nearby!..... The pool area has been significantly improved this year, so we are pleased you enjoyed the peaceful space and got to enjoy the local towns. |

This was a return stay having had such a wonderful time last year. This time we went out of season and it was even more lovely. The location is perfect, peaceful but within reach of loads of places to explore, in the town and further afield. The house itself is beautiful furnished with everything you could need. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure, so helpful and accomodating. I strongly recommend a visit any time of the year. Response: We are finding that many of our guests who return are enjoying their stay in our house and the area more each time they visit. So we are very pleased you felt the same. |

Guestbook for Los Naranjos de Marbella
I go to Puerto Banus regularly, often several times a year, and have stayed in a variety of apartments and villas over the last few years, including a few in Los Naranjos de Marbella. However availablity permitting I will always stay here in the future! The house is spacious, immaculate, and of a very high decorative standard. The garden is lovely, and not overlooked! Rather than feeling like you are in a holiday rental it truly feels like a home and has excellant amenities!
There is good information on the local area available in the house and it is situated in a quiet development so no parties keeping you up all night (which I have experienced) yet is close enough to the port to walk!
The communication from booking to returning home is excellent - truly a pleasure to deal with! I would recommend this house to anyone!!! Kelly Phillips
