Built in 2008 this outstanding spacious villa is presented as new! Ideal for those who enjoy privacy, peace and quiet, yet only 15 minutes drive from central Marbella.
This beautiful villa offers 5 large bedrooms, made up of 2 doubles and 3 twins of which 4 are en suite with the 5th having access to a guests cloakroom. The master bedroom also benefits from a Jacuzzi and private terrace offering stunning views down to the coast. The villa has an office to work from for all those work-aholics complete with desk etc.
The lounge is very spacious (approx 100m2) with seating for up to 10 people and comes complete with 42" Plasma / sat t/v (sky & astra) along with a dvd. The lounge also has a working openfire (great for Christmas!) in addition to the whole villa benefiting from ducted hot or cold aircon and underfloor heating. From the lounge or dining area you can access the large front terrace with views across a protected nature reserve made up of ancient Oak and cork trees all framed by the spectacular Andalucian mountains, a sunset you will never forget.
The kitchen is a stunning of the highest quality all finished with polished granite work tops and every appliance you could possibly wish for, you are guaranteed to be impressed! There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
Outside the villa the gardens are very private and stand behind 2.5 metre walls, as you enter the villa through the electric driveway gates there are 2 garages with a private drive up to the villa's grand entrance. The swimming pool area benefits from gentle roman steps down into the pool with a lawned area to one side with terraces making up the rest .
This villa offers outstanding value, book early to avoid disappointment!!

For the children within a 15 minute dive they can enjoy Tivoli adventure park, Selwo Dolphins, Water Park or perhaps for the more adventurous the crocodile park in Torremolinos.
