The Los Naranjos de Marbella holiday low-rise complex is situated between the mountains and Puerto Banus at the entrance to the golf valley region of Nuevo Andalusia. This Andalusian style apartment, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens with fountains in small squares, is arranged over 2 floors, each with good size terraces.
The apartment has a southerly aspect with wonderful views over the mountains and the swimming pool (there are 5 pools in total). Other facilities include the Los Naranjos Bistro bar/ restaurant, internet centre and a small and large pool in the restaurant grounds for the use of patrons. Paddle tennis and full-size tennis courts are next door.
A major supermarket located in the centre of the complex is now open offering everything you need. There is another large supermarket within 5 minutes drive and a 24-hour essentials supermarket 15-20 minutes walking distance towards the port. It is about 30 minutes walk to the sea front at Puerto Banus with its beaches, trendy bars, late nightclubs and restaurants.
Both Marbella and San Pedro are a short cheap taxi journey away (approximately 10 minutes), with its great beach bars, nightclubs and loads of beachfront restaurants to choose from. The MEGABOWL with 22 ten-pin bowling alleys and a sports bar with huge screens have recently opened at the La Canada shopping mall near Marbella.
There are several great restaurants about 20 minutes walk from the apartment. The complex benefits from a 24 hour patrolled security service.

The apartment benefits from a re-modelled kitchen and the addition of a large storage cupboard. It is decorated and equipped as if it were our real home. The bedroom on the upper floor has its own large terrace, the lower terrace is accessed from the lounge. The apartment is south facing and is bathed in sunshine all day long.
The accommodation comprises the following:
151 sq m in size. (Large)

Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom on upper level opening out onto upper terrace.
2nd bedroom with two single beds and en-suite shower room on lower level

Ample cupboard space throughout.
2 large terraces, the lower terrace have a kettle BBQ and furniture for 6 people with the upper terrace having a table, 6 chairs and two sun loungers.
Kitchen contains; fridge, freezer, washing machine, dish washer, halogen
hob, coffee machine, oven with grill and a separate microwave.
Lounge has dining table with 6 chairs, 2-seater sofa and 3-seater Sofa-bed, along with 37inch LED TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi, Satellite free to air (BBC 1, 2, 3, ITV 1, 2, 3 Channel 4 and 5, CBBC and many more).
Hair driers are provided in each bedroom

Both of the terraces overlook the pool and gardens. The top terrace has great views to mountains to the rear of the complex. You get sun on either terrace all day long.

There is a no-smoking, no pets policy. Cleaning is undertaken at the end of each booking period. Mid-way cleaning can be arranged at additonal cost.
Conditions
• Above typically rates are for 4 people per week, just request a quotation.
• The apartment can handle 2-6 people, but best with 4 (ask for rates.)
• A deposit of £150 will be required as security against damage/ loss and will be returned within 7 days of departure subject to successful inspection.
• 25% is required within 14 days to secure the booking, remainder due 4 weeks from departure.
The Costa del Sol region


The Marbella area has a unique micro-climate, even in the winter months the temperature can reach a very acceptable 18-25 deg C.
During the spring and autumn, you can expect temperatures in the range of 20-25 deg C and of course during the summer months the days are hot (30+ degC) and the evenings balmy and delightful.
Stoke the BBQ and enjoy quality meats, seafood and poultry accompanied by great spanish wines. truly al fresco dining.
The Puerto Banus / Los Naranjos De Marbella area
The closest beaches are at Puerto Banus, either side of the world famous marina, fly’s the ‘blue flag’ and offers all the facilities one requires to spend a day by the sea. There are numerous beach bars in either direction from the port as well as many along the walk from Puerto Banus to Marbella. You can walk to Marbella and catch the sea taxi back- it’s a must do. You can also rent bicycles in Puerto Banus.
Night clubs and bars are in abundance and most are open until 5am. There is a large numbers of restaurants in the port, both sea front and 2nd line. During the day, people watching, with either a cup of coffee or a cold drink is a popular leisure pursuit.
For the golfing fraternity, the complex is close to 5 of the best golf courses on the coast. They are: Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos Golf, Dama de Noche Golf (9 hole course within walking distance), Las Brisas Golf and La Quinta Golf. There are 40 more within driving distant.
Just behind the complex is the Marbella golf teaching school and driving range and the best Racquet/Tennis Club complex on the Costa del Sol.

I spent a week at John and Barbara's apartment with my family in May 2012. As seasoned travellers we are regular apartment renters, and this, without doubt, is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The apartment is modern, fantastically well equiped, in a great location to tour the Costa Del Sol, and really does offer a home away from home. The apartment offered every facility we could possibly have wanted. From the beautiful terraces to enjoy the sunshine, bbq's and views, to the tastefully decorated lounge and bedrooms, this is one apartment not to miss. If you are looking to visit the Puerto Banus / Marbella area, and need a great base for your trip, look no further. With a bus stop 2 minutes away, and a great supermarket in the complex just 3 minutes away, everything was handy. We had hired a car, which allowed us to vist some great locations, Mijas, Ronda and Gibraltar to name a few. I would recommend hiring a car if you want to make the most of your holiday. Unsurprisingly, this apartment books up quickly, so if you're thinking of making a reservation you best get in quickly! This is one location and property we will definately we visiting again. |
