Welcome to our home in "Las Tortugas de Aloha" located in Nueva Andalucia, just behind the popular Marina of Puerto Banus. Our superb luxury 5 star, 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with airconditioning throughout and large south facing terrace offers spectacular views across "Golf Valley" down to the mediterranean.
The apartment features a master bedroom with direct access to the terrace and a superb en suite bathroom with walk in glass walled shower. The second bedroom has exclusive use of the second bathroom with bath and shower. The fully equipped modern kithchen has all the appliances you need.
The lounge leads on to a large 36m2 private terrace that over looks the swimming pool and is partially covered. there are two sun loungers, a sofa and two armchairs to relax in and escape the midday sun or enjoy the warm evenings with a relaxing drink.
Costa Del Sol's finest beaches are within easy reach and Las Brisas, Aloha and Los Naranjos golf courses are within a 3km radius.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is an all year round holiday destination, with 300 days of sunshine a year.
The famous 'Golden Mile' between Puerto Banus and Marbella with its 5 star hotels and continuous sandy beach is practically on your doorstep.
The historic and cosmopolitan town of Marbella is only 10 minutes away with its own unique 'old town' with narrow lanes lined with shops opening on to 'Orange Square' with its profusion of restaurants and bars.
The amazing Selwo Animal Adventure Safari Park of 1 million square metres of land is a short distance away and will suit all ages . Other places to visit Ronda... Enjoy breathtaking views from this white washed town perched on a cliff top,the town reflects the essence of rural Spain and has the oldest bull-ring built c1785.
Granada... Dominated by the stunning Alhambra Palace, the city is well worth a visit. The Alhambra was once the home to Arabic Sultans and is Spain's most visited monument. Stroll through the cobbled streets of the old Arabic quarter and relax in on of the many squares with a drink and a bite to eat.
Seville... The capital of the province and often acclaimed as Spain's most beautiful city. A cultural experience with the history to match.
Gibraltar... With its colony of famous apes and tax free shopping it has a culture and character of its own. Although only 6 sq kms in total the 'Rock' is well worth visiting.
Morocco... For the more adventurous Morocco is just an hour away by ferry.
Puerto Banus / Golf Valley area
The world famous port of Puerto Banus is only 5 minutes away, set around a breath-taking Marina where the rich and famous come to moor their yachts, park their cars and be seen! It has an abundance of boutiques, shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife, as well as its casino and beautiful beaches.
Being in the heart of Golf Valley there are four first class courses within 5 minutes of the apartment and many more superb courses within a shorty drive along the Costa dsel Sol. There is a market near the bullring every Saturday morning.

-Fly to Malaga or Gibraltar - Las Tortugas is 60 km from Malaga and 75km from Gibraltar -Flights available from most UK airports with British Airways, BMI Baby, Easyjet, First Choice, Globespan, Monarch,Thomas Cook, Thomson and other budget airlines. -Car hire available from a number of reputable rental companies with rental desks in arrivals hall at Malaga and car collection in underground car park at arrivals exit. We normally rent through www.carjet.com who search for an appropriate rental company with vehicles which meet your needs. Prices quoted by carjet are normally all inclusive.

Further details indoors: Completed in 2005 to the highest quality standards, our first floor apartment has marble floors, air conditioning and heating throughout, high ceilings and large windows provide a light and airy feel.
Large lounge with dining area. Double bedroom, en suite bathroom with walk in shower and direct access to the large terrace. Hallway leads to second twin bedded room and second bathroom.
Secure underground parking, with lift to apartment. Sky TV, DVD/CD music sytem and safe.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and Bosch appliances which includes dishwasher and washer dryer.
Further details outdoors: The large terrace is partially covered and has a sofa and two chairs to relax in and escape the midday sun or enjoy the warm evenings with a relaxing drink. There is also a table and four chairs where you can comfortably enjoy breakfast while taking in the panoramic view.
The large free form swimming pool has an affinity edge which allows the view to continue from the pool over golf valley below. The pool area has sunbeds and umbrellas to let you relax in or out of the sun.
Las Tortugas de Aloha is a small exclusive gated development of only 60 apartments in 6 low rise buildings providing a tranquil haven for a relaxing holiday. Lush tropical gardens with loungers and umbrellas surround a beautiful free form swimming pool.
Within 3 minutes of the apartment are 2 supermarkets and many restaurants with excellent al fresco dining.
Conditions
Payment/Deposit A reservation deposit of 25% is payable if booked more than 16 weks in advance and 50% if between 8 and 16 in advance. Balance payable 8 weeks before departure. Any part week will be charged at the applicable rate pro rata.
A £250 deposit is taken to cover breakages, damage to property, lost keys etc. This will be refunded to you after you return, once our agent has checked the property and confirmed receipt of the keys.
Rates include a welcome food pack, weekly clean and linen/towel change.

Everything regarding the apartment met or exceeded our expectations. We felt very welcome from the moment we met Neal from your management company.
We're really thinking of returning next year. it was perfect for our children (2 and 8 years) with the swimming pool so close to the apartment. The view was spectacular and we had some nice dinners on the great terrace.
