This apartment is the only one on this website that is on the Newly Built resort of
'EL REAL' de El Campanario resort which is in a newly built complext about 500 meters away from the others apartments On El Campanario 1, 2 and 3 complex that are on this site.. they are up to 10 years older.
Tranquillity of luxury it is south facing apartment with fantastic views overlooking the golf courses, Golfer's paradise! Surrounded by spectacular lush tropical gardens with rivers and water falls. We have pools view both back and front of our apartment. The resort club house Country House El Campanario is the centre of attention for social life within the resort, fab restaurant great menu for both lunch and dinner. Has various nightly entertainment. Internet access. A great kids club. We are within 5 mins walking distance to our local amenities shops, bars restaurants. Its is very accessible within easy reach to explore the costa as there is so much to see and so many places to go!!

'El Real' El Campanario is a newly built Contemporary apartment Furnished to a high standard with a cream leather sofa and 6 leather dining chairs, with black glass dining table and matching furniture. Large plasma TV & DVD with English Programs.. A well equipped moden kitchen with all mod cons dishwasher, granite worktops and a separate utility room. Both bedrooms have Plasma TV, large double wardrobes. The front double Bedroom has patio doors leading to the terrace with the fantastic views of pool golf course. Independent controls in every room, with underfloor heating. Internet access is available at our club house.

El Real El Campanario luxury newly built beautiful 5 * resort is quiet and relaxed and is a gated community with a 24 hour security guard. Underground car parking with lifts bringing you to the entrance of the apartment. We have 2 communal pools we have pool both front and back. We have fantastic modern out door furniture and sun beds with views overlooking the tropical lovely gardens with waterfalls then out on to the golf course. It is in easy walking 5-10 mins to our local amenities including supermarket ,banks many bars and restaurants.

Shopping

Puerto Banús is one of the most exclusive places to go shopping in the world. If you´ve got your credit card at the ready, the marina has hundreds of the most exclusive designer shops, including brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Dior, Versace, Chloe, Hugo Boss, Carolina Herrera, Burberry and many many more. But besides the designer clothes, you can find also high street brands in Puerto Banús in the shopping centre called Marina Banús. There is also the largest department store in Spain called El Corte Inglés. During the summer the main square, Plaza de Antonio Banderas, hosts an amazing Market where you can find all sorts of goods.

Also every Saturday the Puerto Banus Street Market (9am-3pm) takes place by the bullring. To be more exact it runs from Avda. De Jose Banus (by Playas del Duque) all the way up to the shopping centre Centro Plaza. It is a very popular street market where you can find every type of goods for sale, such as shoes, bags, crafts, flowers, fruit, paintings, clothes, antiques etc and there are good bargains to be made.

Sports

If you prefer to stroll on the beach rather than around the shops, there are lovely long promenades (Paseo Maritimo) on either side of the port. These promenades are a great place to cycle or jog. You can also use the municipal exercise machines located right on the Paseo Maritimo.

If you prefer water sports, Puerto Banús beaches have them all! They are professionally staffed but can be pricey. Also numerous golf courses are scattered within a 10 kilometre radius of Puerto Banus. Needless to say, the golf courses are some of the best in Europe and go towards making Puerto Banus one of the world's top golfing holiday destinations from.
Sports

Boasting 12 of the Costa del Sol's 70 golf courses, and that will go up to 15 in the next couple of years, it is also THE hotspot for golf lovers. And with 320 sunny days days per year, golf is played all year round under blue skies in Benahavis. It is therefore not unusual to play in polo shirts in the middle of "winter". The golf courses in Benahavis - which are all spectacular - were all designed by renown golf architects, such as Robert Trent Jones or great champions like Severiano Ballesteros or Jack Nicklaus. Courses are all rather hilly, and one obliges you to go round with a buggy. If your not in good shape, we would advise you to take a buggy anyway when going for a round of golf.

This is a great time to get on the course for cheap, and if you're a fan of free poker, pitch-and-putt, or any sport you can enjoy for less, then it's a worthwhile time to visit. The low season on the Costa del Sol is not winter, but July and August, since that is when it gets really warm, so the greenfees go down considerably during this period. Do remember to take plenty of golf balls as well, as some golf courses are not at all forgiving

The Costa del Sol region

Costal del sol has a fantastic coastline full of great beaches, famous for its warm sunny climate, were the sun shines 300 days per year, making it an ideal destination for sunbathing holiday resorts beaches goes on for miles. Its has the the highest concentration of fantastic golf courses in the whole of Europe. There are lot of historic towns Ronda and Seville which would give you a great insight to the real Spain, You could be sunbathing in the morning within two hours be skiing in Sierra Nevada Mountains Near Granada. Historic Rock of Gibraltar is a great sight to see with its tax free shopping is just 40 Min's away.

Puerto Banús boasts over 300 days of sunshine each year, with a year round average temperature of 19 degrees. While the summer months may get a little hectic, May and September are probably two of the best months to visit this resort.

Eat & Drink

There are a plenty of restaurants in the port to chose from that include nearly every type of cuisine imaginable. Some of the most popular include Pravda with international cuisine, newly opened romantic Gran Gatsby with the best view over the port..

If you prefer to eat somewhere in the nature then at the top of Nueva Andalucía there is the El Lago de Tortugas (Turtle Lake), that offers a scenic destination for a picnic under its shady eucalyptus trees.

Marbella is wag central There is also a long stretch of beach between Marbella and Puerto Banus called the Golden Mile its Ultra Flash on which to relax and people watch, Plenty going on in the old town with small Spanish restaurants and bars and the famous Orange Square, You can visit various other nearby towns.

You can Fly to Malaga or Gibraltar, from both airports it is about 30-40 mins drive.
From Malaga airport: car hire then follow Coastal rd to Cadiz N-340 km 168.

Getting Around

Puerto Banús is located next to Marbella and some 60 kms west of Málaga airport. From the airport to the port you can take a reliable bus around 5 euros (http://www.malagaairport.eu/buses.php) and a taxi from Malaga Airport to the marina is approximately 65-75 euros.

Inside the port it is unlikely you will need transport because everything is within walking distance and to venture outside of the area, buses(link bussiliinile - ) and taxis(linkvõi number?) are available.

Bus-Bus services run from Puerto Banús to adjacent towns on the local Portillo bus routes. Bus services can also take you as far as Gibraltar or Málaga airport. The most frequented bus stops are located by El Corte Inglés and in front of the port on the A7. The L-1 bus takes you to and from the popular shopping centre La Cañada. You can pick it up outside Puerto Banús’ McDonald’s or El Corte Inglés. Buses come every half hour. Buses also run to Aloha, pass Centro Plaza and to La Campana in Nueva Andalucía.



Taxi

There are four main taxi ranks in Puerto Banús, but during the busy summer months taxis can be found almost anywhere. The four main points are opposite the archway, as you enter the port, another is located outside Glam nightclub, more taxis can be found parked beside Dreamers nightclub (across the A7), and outside El Corte Inglés. Across in Nueva Andalucía, there are taxi ranks in front of the Andalucía Plaza and Meliá La Quinta Hotels, as well as at Centro Plaza and other key points. It is a good idea to confirm the price of the journey first to prevent drivers from taking advantage of trusting tourists. Also each taxi has a folder of the official fixed prices!

Our property is provisioned with cutlery, bed linen and towels, we do not provide a linen change during you stay as guests normally dont want to be disturbed, though spare linen is provided.. Unless otherwise requested we can provide you with extra made service, price on request.
