About the home

This modern apartment has everything you will need for a fantastic holiday. Set in a desirable location this completely refurbished modern ground floor apartment is set in a small/gated community with pool and lovely landscaped gardens.

Puerto Banus is famous for it's cosmopolitan marina where the rich and famous love to party. Excellent beaches, a huge range of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and designer shops can all be found within walking distance from the apartment.

Pedestal fans in both bedrooms for the hot summer nights. The apartment has been redecorated with quality fixtures and fittings and has a new leather sofa, TV with free view UK channels and AC. There is a small patio area with table and chairs where you can sit and relax.
Modern fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, glass hob, fridge and of course a full range of smaller items, toaster, kettle etc.
There is a large walk in shower, hairdryer and heated chrome towel rail.
Towels/beach towels and linens provided.
This apartment is thoroughly cleaned and laundered after every guest.
Airport transfers can be arranged.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol stretches along over 150 kilometres of Malaga province and is one of Spains most popular tourist destinations. The coastline is beautiful and the climate makes it the perfect holiday whether you enjoy the beaches or the wide variety of outdoor activities year round. Known as golfers' paradise, there are superb course which can be played along the coast.

Puerto Banus is an excellent base if you want to visit other resorts in the area. Marbella, Mijas, Estapona, Nerja can all be easily reached. For families there is a water park and you can also visit Gibraltar where you can ride in a cable car and see the monkeys.

Puerto Banus is full of designer boutiques and world famous jewellers all situated around the marina. El Corte Ingles, Puerto Banus/Marbellas major department store can be found here too.

The marina is home to large expensive yachts as well as smaller pleasure crafts. Aston Martins/Bentleys/Rolls Royce/Ferarris and Lambourghinis cruise the marina all day and night. Fantastic restaurants line the marina which include seafood/steak houses/indian/chinese/thai/italian/mexican are all available so sit back, enjoy a great meal while you "people watch". Sinatras is one of the busiest bars in the port where you can spot a celebrity or two.

Relax on the beautiful beaches or visit the saturday market where you can find a bargain or two.

“Excellent location, spotless accommodation, great getaway spot” This place is in an excellent location - it took us ten minutes to walk to the beachside (at a slow leisurely pace). There are bars, restauraunts and sunloungers available all along the beach, with busy spots for people that like to watch the hustle and bustle and people watch and then theres quieter spots if you want to just doze and enjoy the sun. We took walks down to the port most nightds where we had a few drinks, watched the huge boats come in and did a bit of window shopping. Its a very versatile location and would suit couples, a groupf of friends and even families. The villa is fantastic - everything you need. Air conditioning is a god send and it was nice to be able to watch a bit of english tele! Lovely power shower and spotless throughout. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

“Excellent” Just returned after staying at the apartment for 1 week and would definitely return and recommend.
