The spacious Master bedroom and beautifully decorated Lounge have views of the swimming pool and the lovely gardens.
The American style kitchen is brand new and beautifully fitted. It features a huge American style refrigerator and a bar / breakfast area with leather stools.
The lounge has Italian leather furniture and top quality furnishings.
Bedroom two is also large and features a beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom with large vanity area and separate w.c.
The second bathroom has a power shower.

There is a large terrace with comfortable garden furniture for dining al-fresco and 2 loungers for sunbathing.
Although the garden is shared it is usually quiet even in the middle of the summer as it is a small development of 32 houses most of which are not continuously occupied. There are many mature trees which provide welcome shade in the heat of the summer.

Deposit of 25% of rental charge due on booking (by credit card) along with Booking Form to secure reservation.
Balance must be paid eight weeks prior to arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of 250euros required at the same time; to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this.
Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled.
The Costa del Sol region


Spain's `sunshine coast' is one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations. With an average of 320 days of blue sky annually, it is perfect as a summer holiday or as a winter destination for golfers, walkers and those wishing to pursue out -door activities. Families are particularly well catered for, with myriad attractions, restaurants and of course miles of beaches. Children are not just tolerated but welcomed by the friendly Spanish people.
Despite the march of development, the area still has the ambience of Andalucía, the most `Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias - the scent of Jasmine is in the air, inexpensive wine is flowing freely- come and enjoy!

There is a wide variety of top class restaurants featuring cuisines from around the world. Or if your purse can stretch to it, shop until you drop in the many designer boutiques.
The famous Casino is 5 minutes walk, if you can keep up with the high rollers give it a try. Even nearer is the chic bar/garden Club of Tapelia Chill Out, popular late in the evening with the " beautiful people"
Old Marbella is only 10 mins drive away with its pretty Plaza de los Naranjos, beautifully preserved white Moorish houses and geranium-filled balconies.
The area features many different beaches with an eclectic mix of beach bars and up-market beach clubs to suite every one's budget but be warned prices in the beach clubs of Puerto Banus are not for the faint hearted.
The area is well placed for exploring beautiful Andalucia.The famous white villages are well worth a visit and also Ronda with its breathtaking gorge and the oldest bullring in Spain, still in use!
There are many national parks just on the doorstep and from December to April you can ski in the Sierra Nevada, 2.5 hours drive. Further afield, for the more adventurous Morocco, with its souks and third world charm is only two hours away.
