The fully fitted kitchen and utility room includes an automatic washing machine, dryer, oven & hob with extractor, microwave & fridge freezer. Further equipped with air conditioning, heating, freeview satellite TV & a DVD player. A well furnished spacious living and dining area awaits you.

The 11 sq. mtr. terrace looks to the courtyards and fountain with onward views to the gardens. Playas del Duque includes 24 hour security and concierge service. A free underground secure parking space is compliments this wonderful holiday home.

The fabulous beach front gardens of Playas del Duque consist of 3 swimming pools each with safe shallow children's area and two sensibly priced restaurants one of which offers a children's menu. Beautiful flower beds, ornamental fountains and boardwalk bridges passing shallow lily ponds with tropical fish complete this marvelous setting.

The luxurious health spa forms part of Playas del Duque and is available to guests on a pay as you go basis. Discounts are available from weekly to longer stays. Consisting of a heated and formed indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gymnasium and health and beauty treatments as well as a bistro bar with terrace.
