We are pleased to offer this Luxury Penthouse Apartment, the spacious roof solarium with stunning panoramic views of the coastline, Infinity Pool, Mountains and Golf Course offer some of the best views onsite.

The solarium has been furnished to enjoy the very best of outdoor living with BBQ, patio sofas and chairs and dining table and chairs.

Lounge has double patio doors leading to the terrace area overlooking the Infinity Pool and roof solarium. Sky TV is installed in the lounge area, with two sofa, dining table and chairs. Fully fitted kitchen houses all BOSCH appliances, with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and washing machine and separate tumble dryer from Bosch in laundry area.

Master Bedroom with large double bed, ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 with fitted wardrobes and two singles beds. Bedroom 3 with fitted wardrobes and two singles beds. Hot and Cold Air Conditioning throughout. The apartment is also within walking distance to the Club House.

The Costa del Sol region

Los Arqueros is situated in the province of Malaga, and stands in the centre of the Costa del Sol region of Spain, only a few kilometres from the popular resort of Marbella.

The administrative centre of the province is the historic city of Malaga, with modern hotel, shopping and entertainment facilities. It is within easy reach of Los Arqueros, being about 1 hours drive away. Malaga’s large international airport provides good communication with overseas destinations.

Bathed by the waters of the Mediterranean Sea, it is famous for its beautiful extensive beaches, unrivalled coastal scenery, and above all its glorious climate.

The Puerto Banus / Los Arqueros/San Pedro area

Marbella, located centrally in the Costa del Sol, has grown in a few decades from a small white-washed fishing village of a few hundred inhabitants to the beautiful city which it is today. Towering mountain ranges from a backdrop to the seaside watering places, and a 2 hour inland drive to the city of Ronda, at an altitude of 750 m (c 2,500 ft) above sea level, offers the traveller a stunning vista of mountain scenery in spectacular contrast to the coastal resorts.
