About the home

Senorio de Aloha's location is great for people who want to be close to the action but not right on top of it and enjoy a quiet nights sleep. We believe our apartment is one of the best on the complex as we are not overlooked like some others are and you can sunbathe upstairs in total privacy. The famous Puerto Banus port is only a 15 minute walk away.

The apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout, full air conditioning/heating. Marble floors throughout. Outside there are 3 terraces with privacy and sun all day with magnificent views over Puerto Banus, Marbella, the sea and the mountains, from the rear terraces you can see the African coast and Gibraltar on a clear day.

There is a large table and chairs on the main terrace for eating al-fresco. Two chairs off one bedroom and table and chairs off the other bedroom with room for 2 sun loungers to get the late afternoon sun with totally privacy.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa Del Sol welcomes more than two million people a year who arrive at Malaga international airport and head to one of the many resorts located along this stretch of coastline from Gibraltar in the west to Nerja in the east.

The most well known resorts lie west of Malaga beginning with Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Mijas Costa. Further along the coast lies Marbella with its famous marina at Puerto Banus, Estepona, Sotogrande and finally Gibraltar.

With the Costa del Sol weather giving average annual temperatures of 18ºC and over 300 days of sunshine per year it isn't difficult to understand why it is one of Europe's top holiday destinations.

There are around 70 Costa del Sol golf courses on the "Costa del Golf" which can be played all year round as well as a whole range of other activities available such as sailing, scuba diving, horse riding, dolphin safaris, etc. The list is endless.

Away from the coast there are numerous excursions into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada all accessible for day tours. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.

The Puerto Banus / Senorio de Aloha area

Close at hand are the numerous golf courses of the Marbella area. Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and La Dama de Noche are just minutes away. There are approx. 40 Golf courses within 1/2 hour drive. Horse riding, tennis, hand gliding and hot air ballooning in the hills are available locally.

The nightlife in Puerto Banus is incredible, with a huge choice of alfresco bars, casinos, piano bars and disco’s. Puerto Banus and Marbella have some of the finest stores in the world for clothes, furnishings and all the accessories of living. If shopping is your passion, designer names such as Gucci, Chanel and Versace are here in abundance. There is also a multiplex cinema complex.

In season, there are also water taxi's that run hourly from Puerto Banus to Marbella, this is a great relaxing way to travel and see the coastline. This can be picked up outside Picasso's Restaurant on the front line of the port.

Local beaches, colourful markets (Puerto Banus near the Bullring on Saturdays), and a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars add to the charm of the area. There is also a Casino within walking distance.
