Casa Salamandra is ideally situated; 5min walk to shops & restaurants, 15min walk to Puerto Banus for night-life and beach, at entrance to 'Golf Valley'. Despite convenience, its location provides tranquillity and security.

The large mature gardens (900sq m) are private and enclosed, with sun all day and a shady patio area under the trees for outdoor meals. Well equipped built-in barbecue. There is a splendid upstairs terrace off the master bedroom with panoramic views over the pool, mountains and sunrise. The ground floor terrace is shaded by a leafy pergola.

There is off road parking for 2 vehicles, and an electronic entrance gate. The pool is 8x4m. Perfect for families, golfers or those seeking a quiet retreat. The property is fully air conditioned and has wireless broadband for internet connection.

The Costa del Sol benefits from the wonderful Mediterranean climate with sunny days and balmy nights, beaches for relaxation and/or watersports and mountains nearby for those who are interested in more energetic activities such as walking, hiking or climbing.

The old town of Marbella with typical Andalucían architecture and narrow streets is a short drive away for those who like to browse the shops and have a quiet coffee at a pavement café in Orange Square.

The old Moorish palace of Alhambra is a 2 hour drive away and will give visitors a taste of the rich history of the area.

The Puerto Banus area

Local activities include diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, mountaineering and roller blading.

Puerto Banus is within walking distance for shopping, restaurants, port, night life and beaches. Mountains are a short drive away for walking and / or biking.

On Saturdays there is a street market a few minutes walk from the property.

The property is only available for rent during the summer months, i.e last weekend of June to second weekend in September.
