It has everything a family or group of friends need for a fun, relaxing holiday. On entering, the kitchen is to the right with all the mod-cons and a small utility room. The dining / living area, adequately sized with enough space for a pull out sofa bed, leads onto the terrace for your evening dining. The terrace looks over the serene courtyard, away from the bustle of the pool and nearby roads. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a window that looks onto the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and has enough space for plenty of shopping/golf bags, with a separate bathroom.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round.
The whitewashed villages of Andalucia are impressive historical monuments in themselves, and their people still live according to age-old traditions, inherited from their Iberian, Roman and Moorish forefathers.
Many of the villages near the coast have become fashionable resorts, while still conserving their ancient charm, whereas others, lost in the highlands of Andalucia, remain rough and ready olive-farming towns, with a special appeal for the adventurous travellers.
Some of the best villages to explore are only half a day's car ride from the Costa del Sol, including Casares, Gaucin, Manilva, Benahavis, Istan, Ojen, Monda, Coín and Tolox.
From Guadalalmina to Cabopino, the Marbella coastline stretches along some 26 kilometres of sunny beaches bathed by the Mediterranean and where you can enjoy traditional fish and seafood favourites like sardines on a spit, fried fish and the incomparable paella. There are also two large parks in Marbella which provide some welcome shade to spend some time with a book. The amphitheatre at Constitution Park (once the garden of a private residence) is frequently used for concerts and plays in the summer. Casinos, clubs and just about every sporting activity under the sun, few places can match Marbella for world class tennis, sailing and golf. There are also three pleasure craft harbours here.
Puerto Banus / La Maestranza area
The urbanization La Maestranza is located in Nueva Andalucia which is ideally situated, being only 12 minutes walk away from the sizzling Puerto Banus and the beach. You will find local restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The local area is packed full of amenities for people of all ages with golf, beaches and nightlife. On Saturdays there is a market around the bull ring (just a few minutes walk from the apartment) from 9am to 2pm and there is a commercial centre a short walk away where there are many quality shops, restaurants and bars. Nueva Andalucia is becoming well known for its international cuisine and there are restaurants to suit all tastes.
If you fancy a little excitement, Nueva Andalucia has a casino and there are many clubs, bars and other nightlife in Puerto Banus and Marbella. For the golfer, there are five golf courses very close by. In the gated communal area there is a paddle tennis court and three pools free to use.
