Home description

The Bel Air Platinum is a luxury air conditioned 4 bed, 3 bath townhouse is situated near to Los Flamingos Golf and Country Club and 800 metres from the beach and set amidst the foothills of the Sierra Blanca mountains just inland from the famous Puerto Banus Harbour. Los Flamingos boasts 3 superb 18 hole par 72 golf courses and one 9 hole course which have been carefully designed by Antonio García Garrido and built to enhance the beauty of its surroundings. There is a Driving Range, Club House, numerous restaurants and a gym. The townhouse has a superb roof top solarium for al-fresco dining, 3 further terraces and a large communal swimming pool for residents only. The complex is completely sheltered with access controlled security and under ground parking. From the townhouse you can walk to the beach which is approximately 1000 meters away. Puerto Banus is 10 mins drive away (or 15 euros in a taxi which our in resort representative will sort out for you.) with its many restaurants, designer shops, casino and nightclubs. There are shops, bars and restaurants conveniently located at the bottom of the road that leads to the Bel Air Platinum properties approximately 5 minutes walk away.

Puerto Banus area

It is 1 km to San Pedro which is a typically spanish town with lots of lovely restaurants, bodegas, shops etc. The famous Marina at Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its cobbled streets and Orange Square are within a 10 minute drive. Beautiful Ronda nestling amongst the Sierra Blanca mountains with the oldest Bullring in Spain is reached easily within 45 minutes. Benhavis

Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia. By car you can reach Los Naranjos, Aloha, Las Brisas and La Quinta within 10 minutes. Torrequebrada, Mijas Golf and El Paraiso within 20 minutes, Sotogrande and Valderrama, (Ryder Cup - 1997, 1999 World Championships) within 40 minutes. Bel Air Platinum is within 2 hours drive of the Sierra Nevada mountains and its wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. The best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent. It is possible through the winter to ski in the morning and swim in the pool at Bel Air late afternoon!. There is a fantastic roof top solarium terrace with full al fresco dining facilites such as table, chairs, parasol and sunloungers. There are 3 further terraces with table, chairs and sunloungers. The large outdoor pool is shared with the other Townhouses.

Linen and towels are provided. Linen is changed on a weekly base. Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own.


Conditions

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Your townhouse is prepared/cleaned at start of your holiday and changed/cleaned once a week, if you require extra cleaning or linen please mention when booking as this is extra.

Any changeover day is accepted and we will accommodate you at whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation. You can stay in your accommodation as long as you like on the day of departure.
