This garden apartment is located in the popular Los Balcones Urbanisation. The lounge benefits from double patio doors leading to the terrace and private garden over looking the stunning infinite pool and beautifully maintained sub-tropical gardens. A perfect location for family holidays. Los Balcones is within walking distance to the Club House, Restaurant, Children's Play Area. It also boasts some of the best views on-site with panoramic views of the coastline.

The lounge has leather sofa , coffee table, lTV with Sky TV. Dining Area with seating for 6 people. The fully fitted kitchen houses all BOSCH appliances, with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and washing machine and separate tumble dryer from Bosch in laundry area.

Master Bedroom houses a double bed and benefits from patio doors leading to a private patio, the en suite bathroom is furnished from Roco luxury range as is the guest bathroom. Bedroom with 2 single beds, bedroom 3 with two single beds. Air Conditioning throughout.

The Costa del Sol region

Los Arqueros is situated in the province of Malaga, and stands in the centre of the Costa del Sol region of Spain, only a few kilometres from the popular resort of Marbella.

The administrative centre of the province is the historic city of Malaga, with modern hotel, shopping and entertainment facilities. It is within easy reach of Los Arqueros, being about 1 hours drive away. Malagas large international airport provides good communication with overseas destinations.

The region of Costa del Sol, stretching along more than a hundred kilometres of the Spanish coastline, from Almeria in the east, almost to Gibraltar in the west, has in recent years become a popular destination for tourists and holiday-makers. Bathed by the waters of the Mediterranean Sea, it is famous for its beautiful extensive beaches, unrivalled coastal scenery, and above all its glorious climate.

Marbella, located centrally in the Costa del Sol, has grown in a few decades from a small white-washed fishing village of a few hundred inhabitants to the beautiful city which it is today.
