Just a short drive from the busy heart of Puerto Banus, the property is on the private Los Naranjos development, which boasts five swimming pools, tennis courts and landscaped tropical gardens. This lovely luxury ground floor apartment is fully air-conditioned and features 3 full sized bedrooms.

The apartment is ideal for families as it is ground floor and fronts onto a lovely pool area and garden. Los Naranjos is conveniently situated close to the centre of Puerto Banus (just a short 4 min taxi ride) whilst maintaining a quiet and relaxed environment. The complex is part residential with approximately 40% being owner occupied and boasts beautiful landscaped tropical gardens.

White washed walls, small squares, latticework balconies, quaint courtyards remind you of the real Spain, together with seven lovely pools and tropical gardens makes this complex the ideal base for a wonderful, relaxing holiday-experience.

This complex is ideally situated for all the famous golf courses around Marbella which are all within 15 minutes drive and is situated adjacent to the only 24 hour course in the area 'Dama de Noche' and the Marbella Golf Academy.

Puerto Banus is only a 20 minutes stroll away, making our homes here the perfect retreat from the 'high-life' associated with this international resort.

30% payable 1 week after reservation. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

300 Euro security deposit required, this is fully refundable on depature.

Any damages accidental or other wise will be charged to guest.

Conditions

We will hold property for 7 days after which a 30% deposit will be required to confirm booking.

Cancellations notice of 6 weeks prior to arrival for return of deposits, all cancellations 6 weeks or closer to arrivals no refund will be given due to the discounted price we will have to charge to re-rent property at short notice.

The Costa del Sol region

West of Marbella, Puerto Banus is southern Spain's answer to glamorous St Tropez. Hit the port, and you can't fail to be wowed by the wealth it attracts - gargantuan yachts, revving super cars and designer shops galore.

Puerto Banus' varied night-life has something for all tastes - alfresco bars like Sinatra's and Habana, busy pubs such as Linekers and O'Grady's and upmarket piano venues such as The Edge, where PR guru Max Clifford can sometimes be seen boogying, and the Westlife boys have enjoyed a glass or two of champagne.

The Puerto Banus / Los Naranjos De Marbella area

There are a large number of top quality restaurants and bars in Puerto Banus. On the complex there is a wonderful Club House approx 1 min walk with a 1st class bar and restraurant, internet and 4 floodlit tennis courts.

There is also a brand new Mercadona supermarket (not a convineance store) and this is a 3 min walk , a great addition to the complex!!

Over 40 golf courses in the vicinity with a 24 hour golf course next door Dame de Noche. A trip down the coast brings you to surfers paradise Tarifa.

If on a winter break you can ski approx 2 and half hours drive away , ski in the morning and lay on beach in afternoon!!
