About the home

This property is ideal for large family or families. Open plan living room and dining room with large flat screen TV and freeview package including all UK terrestrial channels and children's programmes.

There is a lovely large sunny terrace with comfortable lounge seating area and outside dining table. This area leads into the large, private, fully enclosed garden with views across to Las Brisas golf course. The pool can be heated, and features a removable safety fence, perfect for children.

The community is gated and has 24 hour security, so very safe and secure, and there is a Kids Club at the MultiSports Centre within the development.

There are shops, bars and restaurants all within a short stroll of the Villa, and Puerto Banus and Marbella are only a few minutes away. Don't miss the Saturday outdoor market - great for bargains!

The beaches at Puerto Banus and Marbella are very child-friendly and there are lots of attractions. Of course both towns boast a huge variety of nightlife as well, to suit all tastes and budgets!

This is a lovely, spacious base for a holiday - ideal for families and very child-friendly as the area is extremely safe and secure.

There is outside parking, with a car port if extra shade is necessary.

As you enter the house, through the hallway is the large lounge/diner, with large flat screen TV and Freeview system, plus inside dining area. There is a large selection of DVDs and books for your to enjoy. The lounge leads onto the sunny terrace (with sun shades for the hot summer), the private garden with Barbecue, and the swimming pool. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen is to your right. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms, one twin bedded room, and a small single bedroom.

Downstairs is another double bedroom, with additional bunk beds.

Dining table and lounge seating available outdoors.

Cancellation refunds (with the exception of the deposit which is not refundable)
Up to 6 weeks - no cancellation charge
4+ to 6 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2+ to 4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

The Costa del Sol enjoys a warm, sunny climate (on average more than 320 days of sunshine per year) with a rich history. Holiday makers can enjoy a quiet relaxing holiday exploring the Spanish countryside, or a more activity based trip. There really is something for everyone.....

There are thousands of bars and restaurants locally, ranging from the quiet and quaint (for example the Old Town of Marbella), to the glamour of Puerto Banus.

The Puerto Banus area

Puerto Banus is renowned as the home to the rich and famous and is a wonderful place to 'people watch' around the many bars, restaurants by the Marina. The designer shops are stunning as are the specialised boutiques for people and pets!

The main square comes alive in the summer months with specialised stalls open until late into the evening - perfect place to browse the local handicrafts. There is extensive nightlife for all ages ensuring that your holiday is as memorable as possible.

Marbella itself is a beautiful place, the Old Town is magical to wander through, and there is a wonderful promenade (the Paseo Maritimo) with all kinds of bars, restaurants and entertainments available.

As for days out, these are plentiful, from the cultural (Ronda, Granada) to the fun-filled (Marinas, Wildlife Parks, Water Parks etc). If you need any help or guidance, feel free to ask and we will be happy to try and help...
