The house is set in the hills above Puerto Banus, and has its own swimming pool, set in the spacious gardens. The garden is level, perfect for just relaxing or for children to play.
There are numerous places to visit and see - magical Marbella, glamorous Puerto Banus, wonderful villages like Istan and Ojen. Further afield you can take trips to Ronda, Seville, Granada, or stock up on the duty free from Gibraltar!
For family-orientated activities, there are lots of Zoos, Water Parks, Safari Parks, and Sports Clubs (including an organised Kids Club with lots of activities if the parents need a break). The beaches at Marbella and Puerto Banus are wonderful and very family-friendly.
One of the main aims of this house as a holiday destination is to provide a real home from home, so if you just want to relax, its the perfect location for that as well.....

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol (literally Coast of the sun) is a wonderful area, there is lots to see and do.
Although the region is justly proud of its beaches and night-life, there are also lots of cultural activities around, and many places of interest to visit. Malaga itself is a great city with a diverse history, Ronda has the oldest Bullring in Spain, and Granada has the Alhambra Palace, one of the wonders of the Modern World!
Closer to home, Marbella Old Town offers a wonderful slice of life, whether shopping by day or eating at night. Puerto Banus is of course, the home of the jetset, where some of the yachts are more like palaces themselves!
Puerto Banus / Sierra Blanca Country Club area
The area around Marbella and Puerto Banus has everything you could want including beautiful weather almost all of the year round.
You can relax on the beach (there are hundreds around), go shopping or visit the cultural sights of Seville and Ronda and other outstanding areas.
There are many sporting facilities available including golf - there are so many courses you will be spoilt for choice, 54 at the last count on the Costa del Sol alone!
The Manolo Santana Tennis Club & Academy is a few minutes from the Villa - a fantastic facility including private coaching.
Puerto Banus is home to the rich and famous. People watch on the Marina or eat at the great restaurants. There is extensive night-life for all ages, and to suit all budgets. This Villa itself is a marvellous location, peaceful and tranquil, with stunning views, but within easy reach of everything.
How to get there
The nearest airports are Malaga (lots of budget flight options - Easyjet, Monarch, Jet2, Globespan etc), and Gibraltar - less choices but a far smaller airport with less hassle.

Further details outdoors: We hope you will be able to spend much of your time outside in the summer, most of life in Spain is geared to outdoor living.
The garden offers lots of space, both close to and away from the swimming pool. There are numerous terraces and seating areas, including a wonderful outdoor dining area which is shaded by a gazebo. There is an additional sun terrace off the Master Bedroom, offering views across the courtyard entrance to the mountains in the distance.
There is a barbecue area, and additionally a table tennis table and equipment if you have the energy!

We have local partners who will meet you at the house upon your arrival. They can also arrange for any extra services you may require during your stay. From extra shopping, extra cleaning services, equipment hire, arrangement of excursions, travel arrangements, airport collections, car hire etc.
They will advise you in advance of the costs of any extra services they provide for you. We will happily provide you with their details as they ensure the happiness of all out guests.
Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £300 required prior to arrival, to be refunded within 10 working days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance is due six weeks before your arrival date.
