The huge lounge and dining room, seating six, has all mod cons, including a plasma TV and digital receiver. The patio doors open onto a wonderful sunny terrace, overlooking the golf course. The best place to enjoy breakfast and lunch, this is also equipped with a table and chairs which comfortably seats six.
The fully fitted kitchen has marble worktops, built in fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, washing machine and dishwasher.
Each bedroom has two single beds, and two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with walk in shower and bath.
The apartment is supplied with high quality linen and bath towels and is perfectly presented.
Highchair, cot, and blow up beds are available from our local representative - they will also help and guide you with any additional information, help and advice you may need.

The large terrace faces south west and enjoys afternoon and evening sun, with beautiful views over Atalaya Golf Course, and the pool area, sun terrace and tennis court are just behind the apartment. The complex is beautifully landscaped and includes a giant chess board, fountains, feature gardens of olive and orange trees, and has many pathways with benches to sit on and admire the views.

Our representatives will meet you at the apartment upon your arrival. They can also arrange for any extra services you may require during your stay. From extra shopping, extra cleaning services, equipment hire, arrange excursions, make travel arrangements, car hire etc.
They will advise you in advance of the costs of any extra services they provide for you.
Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required prior to arrival, to be refunded within 10 working days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance is due six weeks before your arrival date.
The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol is of course famous for its year round climate - more than 320 days of sunshine every year!
The apartment offers luxury, and we hope the weather matches it - there are lots of beaches, and dozens of golf courses locally, plus lots of other places of interest, ranging from the cultural to the child-friendly and family orientated. You will never be bored! Even in winter, the Sierra Nevada Mountains (just over 2 hours away), offer great skiing for everyone from experts to beginners!
The Puerto Banus area
There are numerous places to visit - Marbella and Puerto Banus (great for people watching!) are close by, only a short drive away.
San Pedro is a traditional Spanish town, and hosts a weekly market (Thursday mornings) which is used by visitors and locals alike. The biggest market is Saturday morning, by the Puerto Banus bullring - a shopper's paradise!
San Pedro beach has a great new promenade, excellent to stroll along and stop at one of the beach side restaurants, many of which specialise in fish dishes. There is also a beautiful beach at Puerto Banus where the water depth is shallow, great for younger guests.
Gastronomes should head up to the village of Benahavis (5 minutes drive) where there are more than 25 restaurants to stroll around and to make your choice - justly renowned as the gastronomic capital of Andalucia.
For families with children there are fantastic facilities nearby including Selwo Safari Park at Estepona (5 minutes drive), the Sea Life Centre at Benalmadena (about 30 minutes) and Water Parks at Mijas and Torremolinos (around 35-40 minutes away). There is also Tivoli World, junction 222 on the AP-7, which opens from 6pm to midnight - a terrific evening of fun for kids of all ages!
Gibraltar is only 40 minutes drive and is full of interesting things to do. You can go up the Rock by Cable Car for the views and see the apes or visit the incredible caves dug by the military. One of the little known pleasures is the Dolphin Safaris running out of Gibraltar Marina. They are excellent value for money. The boat trips are relatively inexpensive and you'll almost always get a result with the Dolphins.
